Il consulente ha immediatamente individuato la criticità di quanto richiesto e mi ha comunicato l'impossibilità di poter svolgere il servizio. Ad una mia ipotesi di risoluzione (che al momento mi sembrava plausibile), mi ha semplicemente ribadito l'impossibilità da parte loro di poter aderire alla richiesta, concludendo letteralmente con un inatteso "io non voglio più perdere tempo con lei". Preciso che la conversazione è durata non più di 2-3 minuti (non sono una persona logorroica) e la mia ipotesi non mi sembrava particolarmente campata in aria. Mi dispiace che le esigenze di una persona anziana siano considerate una "perdita di tempo" e, ancorché non conoscendo i costi ed i ricavi orari dei consulenti del settore, formulo i migliori auguri al riguardo. Considero la valutazione una media adeguata tra la rapidità di individuazione della criticità della richiesta e la scarsa propensione al rapporto con l'utenza. Si ringrazia per l'attenzione.
