Un solo commesso che non riesce a stare dietro a tutti e non ha nemmeno tempo di dire un prezzo che vergogna!!!! Ho ordinato 18 gg fa una scatola di piastrelle mosaico da bagno dicendomi che sarebbero arrivate da li a 7/8gg ,alle mie telefonate dicevano che nn erano arrivate e non sapevano neanche di che ordine parlassi e quando mio marito si è presentato li di persona hanno farfugliato qualcosa e telefonato "Ma solo perché mio marito era li presente e incavolato " alla ditta fornitrice .insomma ancora nn sapevano dirci quanto dovevamo.aspettare per un pacco di piastrelle. Abbiamo disdetto l ordine e siamo andati da un altra parte dove le avevano disponibili subito. Una cosa vergognosa fare aspettare 18 gg un cliente senza avvisare del ritardo. Mai più da voi. Bad organization. I ordered 18 days ago a box of mosaic bathroom tiles telling me that they would arrive in 7/8 days, my phone calls said that they hadn't arrived and they didn't even know what order I was talking about and when my husband showed up there in person they mumbled something and phoned "But only because my husband was there and pissed off" to the supplier company. In short, they still could not tell us how much we had to wait for a pack of tiles. We canceled the order and went somewhere else where they had them available right away. A shameful thing to make a customer wait 18 days without notifying the delay. Never again from you.

La persona che ci ha seguito rispondeva in maniera monosillabica e riluttante, con una continua smorfia sul viso. Anche i miei clienti, seppur ignari della lingua, si sono sentiti sgraditi ed hanno completato l'ordine solo in quanto interessati ed in mancanza di ulteriore tempo. Non sponsorizzerò più questo posto. I accompanied foreign clients in search of the elements for the bathroom. Nothing to say about the products but the shopping experience was very bad.
