Contatto Scoppettuolo Srl per 175 metri di pavimento e 40 metri di rivestimento bagno, colla, sanitari e molto altro. Dopo una serie di trattative con uno degli agenti della società, di nome Marco, procedo con l’ordine di un grès porcellanato 60 x 120 a un prezzo di €10 al mq. Fissiamo la data di ritiro della merce, mi reco in sede e dopo aver caricato il materiale in questione mi accorgo che molte mattonelle sono spaccate. Interrompiamo l’operazione di carico chiedendo spiegazioni, mentre il signor Paolo Scoppettuolo in persona si avvicina e, con fare arrogante, dice che per quel prezzo era normale avere mattonelle rotte. Subito dopo, mi invita ad aprire ogni singolo pacco e controllare lo stato della merce. Ovviamente rifiuto, faccio scaricare il tutto e vado via. Vengo contattato dall’agente Marco, che si scusa per l’atteggiamento del suo capo e per il disagio, e mi rassicura sul fatto che avrebbe trovato una soluzione. Falso. Non sono stato più contattato.
Ps Gentile Scoppettuolo ricorda che per costruire un impero ci vogliono anni, ma per perdere di credibilità basta poco e dalle recensioni che leggo, state prendendo una brutta piega.

Immediately after, he invites me to open every single package and check the status of the goods. Obviously I refuse, I download everything and leave. I am contacted by agent Marco, who apologizes for his boss's attitude and discomfort, and reassures me that he would find a solution. False. I was no longer contacted.
Ps Gentle Scoppettuolo remembers that it takes years to build an empire, but to lose credibility it takes very little and from the reviews I read, you are taking a bad turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho avuto modo di apprezzarne l'assortimento, la signora che mi ha servito mi ha invitato ad andare all'IKEA qualora avessi voluto spendere di meno, ed inoltre, a mio parere, accampando scuse sull' assortimento, mi liquidava dicendo che avrebbe dovuto parlare con colui che avrebbe dovuto acquistare le mattonelle, come se io fossi arrivato fin lì per sentirmi dire di andare all'IKEA. Si tratta della sede al passo di mirabella, la signora era abbastanza scocciata e intrattabile. Pessima esperienza, spero e mi auguro, che tutti i clienti non siano trattati come sono stato trattato io.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso recensire al meglio il negozio poichè ci son stato solo 15 minuti, ma quei pochi minuti mi son bastati per capire che tipo di persona fosse la signora addetta alla vendita: CRUDELIA DEMON le avrebbe fatto un baffo. Signora arrogante, irrispettosa e maleducata, non solo portava fretta nel voler vendere, ma rispondeva pure male ( esempio: quanto vengono queste con iva? e lei: signò se è al 22% si faccia due conti, in tono sgarbatissimo) Mai più. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA.
I can't review the shop at best because it was only 15 minutes, but those few minutes were enough to understand what kind of person the lady in charge of the sale was: CRUDELIA DEMON would have made a mustache.
