★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda che non tiene conto delle necessità del cliente, che per guasto alla caldaia, dalla stessa azienda fornita, è senza riscaldamento, non può riscaldarsi, non può fare una doccia, vi quindi un enorme disagio per tutta la famiglia. Contatti il titolare al numero di telefono che ti ha dato per assistenza e non risponde mai. Se lo riesci a contattare su WhatsApp, ti risponde che è ammlato e poi lo vedi per strada in auto. Se lo incontri di persona, ti dice adesso vengo a Dicembre 2021, (siamo ad Aprile 2022) ma poi non vi è riscontro, con un intervento di riparazione. Quindi un pessimo, anzi inesistente servizio di assistenza al cliente in modo particolare rivolto al post vendita, una volta venduto e installato il prodotto "fine rapporto" con il cliente. Pessima azienda.

So a very bad, indeed non-existent customer assistance service especially aimed at after-sales, once the "severance" product has been sold and installed with the customer. Bad company.
