★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao a tutti , racconto oggi la mia esperienza , magari un eccezione rispetto ad altre persone . Lo spero per Ermanno , il quale ha dimostrato un buon carisma ma quello non basta ad avere un 5 stelle .
Ho fatto montare nella parte posteriore le pellicole oscuranti sui finestrini ,al ritiro dell auto trovo segni importanti sul sedile, ( premetto che l’auto aveva in quel momento solo 1 mese di vita ) , che vengono subito attribuiti a dir suo ad un difetto di fabbrica?.
Comunque, visto il suo buon carisma da persona “sincera” , tempo dopo , faccio fare anche i vetri davanti: al ritiro dell’auto mi trovo due bei segni , solchi , sulla plastica interna della portiera . Al mio reclamo immediato , risponde arrampicandosi sugli specchi , cercando di trovare varie forme di scuse , una ma non ultima, la restituzione dei soldi . A quel punto faccio notare anche che la pellicola non è messa bene , ma giustifica dicendo che c’è da aspettare ed aver pazienza perché la stessa si deve asciugare , e le onde che vediamo sono dovute al umidità esterna/interna . Bene, adesso a distanza di 5 mesi circa , le pellicole hanno ancora lo stesso difetto e problema . Io spero che la mia recensione serva a far capire che non basta avere solo un buon carisma. Ci vuole professionalità che ahimè nella mia esperienza non ho trovato un modo assoluto !

Hello everyone, today I tell my experience, maybe an exception compared to other people. I hope so for Ermanno, who has shown a good charisma but that is not enough to have a 5 star rating.
I had the blackout films installed on the windows at the rear, when I withdraw the car I find important signs on the seat, (I state that the car was only 1 month old at that time), which are immediately attributed to a defect in factory?.
However, given his good charisma as a "sincere" person, some time later, I also have the front windows done: when I collect the car I find two nice marks, grooves, on the inner plastic of the door. To my immediate complaint, he replies by climbing on the mirrors, trying to find various forms of excuses, one but not least, the return of the money. At that point I also point out that the film is not in good shape, but justifies it by saying that there is to wait and be patient because it must dry, and the waves we see are due to external / internal humidity. Well, now about 5 months later, the films still have the same flaw and problem. I hope my review serves to make it clear that just having good charisma is not enough. It takes professionalism that alas in my experience I have not found an absolute way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un amico mi ha consigliato di venire qui, ha la mia stessa macchina, ho fatto mettere le pellicole anche io come lui ed ho mandato la mia ragazza a ritirare la macchina... La sorpresa è stata 80€ in più rispetto al mio amico con un aumento di circa il 70% nel giro di tre mesi. Anche io come letto su altre recensioni ho ricevuto la macchina con strisci nuovi all'interno sulle porte posteriori. Inutile fare polemica ora, il lavoro è stato fatto e pagato, anche se le pellicole sono state applicate in modo perfetto ed il risultato sembra ottimo a mio avviso l'esperienza in questo posto è assolutamente da non ripetere.
A friend advised me to come here, he has my own car, I had films put on like him too and I sent my girlfriend to collect the car ... The surprise was 80 € more than my friend with an increase of about 70% within three months. Also I as read on other reviews received the car with new smears on the inside on the rear doors. It is useless to argue now, the work has been done and paid for, even if the films have been applied perfectly and the result seems excellent in my opinion the experience in this place is absolutely not to be repeated.
