Una volta mia mamma era venuta lì con un conoscente per prendersi entrambi un caffè, ma dopo venti minuti di attesa si sono alzati e sono andati via perché non arrivava mai nessuno. The service needs to be definitely improved. Once my mum had come there with an acquaintance to have both a coffee, but after twenty minutes of waiting they got up and left because no one ever came.

A	Alessia Calabresi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato con largo anticipo una torta dei mignon e delle pizzette, l'unica cosa che hanno fatto giusto sono le pizzette!!! Personale poco attento, invece di preparare un vassoio con i mignon ordinati mi hanno fatto scegliere tra le rimanenze che avevano, e dopo aver ordinato la torta per Alessia, (nome che ho ripetuto più e più volte anche per mail e SMS) non c'erano le decorazioni richieste, c'era scritto "Auguri Alessia" non centrato e tutto azzurro. Non tornerò più e sconsiglierò il posto a tutte le persone che conosco di persona e sui social, il cliente non va trattato così. I ordered a cake of mignon and pizzas well in advance, the only thing they did right are the pizzas !!! Staff not very attentive, instead of preparing a tray with the mignons ordered they made me choose from the leftovers they had, and after ordering the cake for Alessia, (name I repeated over and over again by email and SMS) there is no were the decorations requested, it was written "Auguri Alessia" not centered and all blue. I will never go back and I will advise against the place to all the people I know in person and on social media, the customer should not be treated like this.
R	Raffaella Tonizzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo, a differenza di altre volte, il 28 febbraio, giornata molto fredda, siamo andati, con alcuni amici, a fare merenda in questa pasticceria verso le 17 e alla richiesta di una cioccolata calda mi sono sentita rispondere che ormai era fuori stagione... ma sbaglio o era inverno?!? Quando la devo chiedere? Il cameriere avrebbe fatto meglio a rispondere che l'avevano finita... oltre al fatto che mancavano altre tisane presenti sul listino. Unfortunately, unlike other times, on February 28, a very cold day, we went, with some friends, to have a snack in this pastry shop around 5 pm and when I asked for a hot chocolate, I was told that it was now out of season .. . but am I wrong or was it winter?!? When should I ask for it? The waiter would have done better to reply that they had finished it ... in addition to the fact that there were no other herbal teas on the list.
