Beautiful new apartment, impeccable cleaning complete with every comfort. Large terrace for sunbathing. A few steps from the center of Santa Maria Maggiore, private parking.

Sono diversi anni che scegliamo Santa Maria Maggiore per trascorrere le nostre vacanze estive e quest'anno abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nell'appartamento la Pioda.
L'appartamento è BELLISSIMO, spazioso e PULITISSIMO.
È stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è disposto su 2 livelli: al primo piano c'è un'ampia zona giorno con bagno, al secondo piano tre confortevoli camere da letto e un bellissimo bagno.
Gli arredi sono nuovissimi.
La proprietaria, Antonella, è disponibilissima e molto ospitale. La cura dei dettagli, l'attenzione che Antonella riserva ai suoi ospiti, i servizi che offre, unitamente ad una posizione davvero "strategica", fanno di questo appartamento un luogo "ideale" per trascorrere delle vacanze speciali.

Beyond all expectations ...
We have been choosing Santa Maria Maggiore for several years to spend our summer holidays and this year we had the pleasure of staying in the Pioda apartment.
The apartment is BEAUTIFUL, spacious and VERY CLEAN.
It has been recently renovated and is on 2 levels: on the first floor there is a large living area with bathroom, on the second floor there are three comfortable bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom.
The furnishings are brand new.
The owner, Antonella, is extremely available and very hospitable. The attention to detail, the attention that Antonella reserves to her guests, the services she offers, together with a truly "strategic" position, make this apartment an "ideal" place to spend special holidays.
Highly recommended!
