Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione tranquilla e comoda vicina alla metro, comodissimo il bar sotto casa e veramente cordiale e disponibile il proprietario. Il nostro appartamento era un bilocale, piccolo ma pulito, molto nuovo, curato e con tutte le comodità: dal ferro da stiro, al phon, aspirapolvere, microonde, frigo, prodotti da bagno e per la prima colazione... Ma abbiamo preferito fare colazione al bar subito sotto casa, comodo e con personale cordiale. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio a pochi metri dall'appartamento, e a meno di 5 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata metro Villa San Giovanni sulla linea rossa che in circa 15 minuti porta in centro (Duomo). Zona tranquillissima anche per famiglie con bambini I went on vacation with my family for three days to visit Milan with a limited budget available, and the choice turned out to be a success. Excellent value for money, quiet and convenient location close to the metro, the bar in the house is very convenient and the owner really friendly and helpful. Our apartment was a two-room, small but clean, very new, nice and with all the conveniences: the iron, the hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, microwave, refrigerator, bathroom amenities and for breakfast ... But we preferred to do breakfast at the bar just below the house, comfortable and with friendly staff. We found parking a few meters from the apartment, and less than 5 minutes away is the metro station Villa San Giovanni on the red line that brings in about 15 minutes in the center (Duomo). Very quiet area even for families with children

Inoltre nel raggio di pochi metri sono disponibili bar e beni di prima necessità. La struttura è fantastica, pulita, profumata e una delle migliori notti della mia vita per la comodità dei materassi. Sicuramente diventeremo clienti abituali. Grazie di tutto I stayed last weekend with my family, the location is perfect because it is close to the metro which takes you to all the main tourist attractions. In addition, bars and basic necessities are available within a few meters. The facility is fantastic, clean, fragrant and one of the best nights of my life for the comfort of the mattresses. L'appartamento è un gioiellino non troppo distante da Milano centro, servitissimo di qualunque mezzo e a pochi passi dalla metro rossa. Pulizia impeccabile e dotazione di tutti i comfort necessari. Durante la permanenza abbiamo avuto necessità di lavorare da casa sfruttando senza alcun problema la connessione WIFI. Dati gli orari poco comodi dei voli aerei abbiamo anche sfruttato il servizio navetta per arrivare in aeroporto. Senz'altro torneremo! The apartment is a gem not too far from the center of Milan, well served by any means and a few steps from the red metro. Impeccable cleanliness and equipped with all the necessary comforts. During our stay we needed to work from home using the WIFI connection without any problem. Given the uncomfortable flight schedules, we also took advantage of the shuttle service to get to the airport. We will definitely be back!

Favoloso..ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio soprattutto grazie alla meravigliosa accoglienza del gestore dell'appartamento, Francesco. Si è mostrato disponibile fin dall'inizio e per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Appenna arrivati ci ha mostrato l'appartamento, ci ha consigliato I posti da visitare a Milano e nelle vicinanze, ristoranti, la mappa delle metro. ecc. Molto simpatico, un amico.
