★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho da poco terminato la mia permanenza (20 giorni) in questo monolocale, carino e pratico. Piccolo ma con tutto quello che è necessario per abitarci comodamente. Vicino ad ospedale e universitá! Zona tranquilla, si raggiungono a piedi supermercato, vari negozi e bar.
La mia esperienza è stata positiva e quindi mi sento di consigliarlo soprattutto a chi, come me, deve raggiungere comodamente tutti i giorni l'Istituto Tumori.
I recently finished my stay (20 days) in this nice and practical studio apartment. Small but with all that is necessary to live there comfortably. Close to hospital and university! Quiet area, supermarket, various shops and bars can be reached on foot.
My experience has been positive and therefore I would recommend it especially to those who, like me, must reach the Cancer Institute comfortably every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was nice and very clean, with everything we needed (clean towels, air conditioner, wifi, cooking facilities, cute balcony, comfortable mattress).
It is close to busses and a tram, about 20 minutes to city center, with several cafes and supermarkets very close and a Pizzeria just across the apartment.
Both hosts (Sheila and Simone) were really nice and very helpful.
I would highly recommend this place for other travelers.
