Convenienza e qualità.

Antipatica e svogliata la signora, mobili di scarsa qualità e poca disponibilità negli attrezzi da cucina. Molto da migliorare

Abbiamo soggiornato presso due appartamenti gestiti da Eurochalet nella settimana di Natale 2017 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gli appartamenti sono molto carini e dotati di tutti i confort. Il tutto ad un prezzo assolutamente basso, soprattutto per la settimana di Natale. In piu', la signora Pinoth si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile e gentile quando le abbiamo chiesto di controllare se avessimo lasciato un regalo di Natale in uno degli appartamenti, provvedendo a spedircelo immediatamente. Se dovessimo tornare a Campitello, non esiteremmo a rivolgerci di nuovo ad Eurochalet.

Ottimi appartamenti ben curati e in perfetta posizione per escursioni. Per chi scia forse non in posizione favorevole perché gli impianti sono dalla parte opposta del paese.

Затишне та тихе місце. Поряд супермаркет та ресторани. Від апартаментів до підйомника, пішки 5-8 хвилин. Лижі та борди можна залишити в боксі під підйомником.

We had an apartment Marin for 1 week. In general very cosy but spacious flat. There was much more space than we expected. It is located well, close to the few restaurants, shops. The Col Rodella lift is about 10-min walk away in a ski boots. The way back is a bit more difficult as it's up the hill. The apartment was clean and quite well equipped with the kitchen utensils. However there were missing following things: hand soap, dishwashing liquid, there was only 3 dishwasher tablets (we were in 9 people there), we had a single roll of toilet paper in every bathroom - you are coming after a long journey and have to buy a lot of basic things. And what was very sad: no wine glasses in the apartment which was weird as also Italians love wine! One more strange thing was that we had to bring our bath towels. We could rent it from the owner, but every towel costs 8 euro! It's uncommon. To sum up, the flat is nice and the owner is friendly, but these details I wrote about above spoiled the first great impression. I hope, my opinion will improve the inconveniences at this place.

The biggest let down was that this was a case of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The pictures on booking.com show a luxurious appartment. The appartment we got however, looked very different from the pictures and was very basic. Even though we paid 1600 euros for it. NO pictures of THIS basic appartment can be found on either booking or their own website. The appartment was too expensive and did not meet our expectations, based on the photos provided by eurochalet on booking.com and their website. - APPARTMENT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES - The appartment was difficult to keep warm, due to draft/breeze. - The appartment is noisy - Very cold floor (you couldn't walk on it with just socks, so I had to buy slippers) - No cushions for a hard, cold, wooden bench surrounding the dinnertable. We had to sit on the pillows from the spare beds. - There is absolutely nothing on the walls which makes the appartment quite cheerless and not cosy at all (erg ongezellig). - The couch looks like it was bought in the second hand store and is out of place with the rest of the furniture (see pictures). - No wipes/cleaning cloth (none!) we had to buy it ourselves - No kitchen/tea towels, (even though we payed for towels included) - Just one trash bin (none in the bathrooms) - Upon arrival there was no information map about the area or the village, appartment, time table of the buses, shops in the neighbourhood, etc. Which we've always found at previous accomodation. - There was no bus ticket/week card for the ski busses. We had to buy it ourselves on top of the price. Whereas this is usually supplied by the hotels or appartment owners themselves and included in the price. - Less than cooperative host - Beds were good, (pillows were not) - Bathrooms are good - The appartment is spacious - Kitchen is fine, but very poorly equiped (no waterboiler or kettle) - Couch was okay to sit on, (but due to the draft/breeze from the windows right next to it, it was too cold to sit there.) - Everything was clean - The host Leah did collect our ski passes.
