★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, non con il marchio ma con la filiale di Acqui Terme... in particolare con chi sembra essere il responsabile dell’agenzia... ( un giovane uomo alto) poco professionale e poco preparato.
Tutto il contrario di quello che si può trovare nelle altre agenzie di Acqui Terme.
Attenzione...
Bad experience, not with the brand but with the Acqui Terme branch ... in particular with those who seem to be in charge of the agency ... (a tall young man) unprofessional and poorly prepared.
Quite the opposite of what can be found in other agencies in Acqui Terme.

Inoltre lo sono stata seguita dall'agente immobiliare Sig. Riccardo molto gentile comprensivo, disponibile e paziente capisce bene le esigenze del cliente. Io sono davvero molto contenta dell'acquisto fatto tramite questa agenzia immobiliare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho venduto un paio di alloggi in Acqui Terme con la Tecnocasa, oltre che velocissimi anche ricchi di servizi come un ingegnere che segue esclusivamente l'agenzia, un notaio che collabora con loro e che fa veramente ottimi prezzi e molto altro quindi nulla da aggiungere se non dire che mi sono trovato a meraviglia.
P.S. sulla seconda vendita mi hanno anche fatto un corposo sconto, grazie a tutti ed in particolare ad Andrea che mi ha seguito più da vicino
I sold a couple of accommodations in Acqui Terme with Tecnocasa, as well as very fast, full of services like an engineer who exclusively follows the agency, a notary who works with them and who really does great prices and much more so nothing to add if don't say that I found myself wondering.
P.S. on the second sale they also gave me a substantial discount, thanks to everyone and in particular to Andrea, who followed me more closely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato nell'agenzia 2 mesi fa circa, ho esposto le mie richieste sulla tipologia di casa che stavo cercando, e al momento non avevano nulla, mi dissero che mi avrebbero cercato l'immobile ma ne dubitai... invece un mese fa mi chiamano, mi fanno vedere questa casa con determinate caratteristiche e l'ho comprata subito! molto bravi e preparati con voglia di lavorare.
