★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. Very good cocktails and food. My boyfriend didn’t know if he wanted rum or whiskey. The bartender was very happy to help and asked if he liked passion fruit and made a surprise cocktail for him (which was very tasty). And for my second cocktail he asked what type of alcohol i liked and also made me a (also very tasty) surprise cocktail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible. As a couple of cocktail connoisseurs we always seek out the best when we travel. Look no farther than Ape Nera. The staff is warm and welcoming, they treat you like family. But the best part is the drinks! Incredible and artistic. And it’s one of the best sidewalk spots to sit and people watch. A total home run if you’re in Taormina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice cocktail bar on the high street of Taormina. The cocktails were very tasty (best pisco sour outside of the americas) and they also served some very tasty complimentary snacks. It's great for people watching and the service was absolutely fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience. Ordered a mango mojito, and it tasted mostly like syrup. I asked to take it back and get a new drink. The new drink was not great either. However, we were charged for the drink we sent back. When I asked the waiter and manager about this, he tried to tell me that the mango was fresh and there was no syrup (a complete lie). Eventually, they took the drink off the bill, but It was terrible customer service experience honestly. My partner’s apple martini was good, but for the price and what you get, it’s simply better to go somewhere else in my opinion.

Excellent choice to chill with a drink.
You have to try Flower Negroni, Sicilian Spritz or Spiced Cocktail.
Passionfruit Spritz was very good too.
Very friendly staff. Great quality of drinks. The bartender who carefully prepares delicious drinks. We spent there 5 evenings. All the best for owner, bartender and Salvatore. Thanks for your hospitality!!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an Aperol Spritz. Taste was good. Price 9€ which was expected. But: I have never had a drink with so much ice cubes in it. 4 sips and the drink was empty.
So not worth the money.
