Gabriella help us to resolve a problem with the check in on line,thank you so much. DONT BOOK AT THE CA’MURE residence number 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 (if you see the first picture you understand what I mean). - When you coming in the room,your beds is completely naked! Just the mattress!!! You will build your bed!!!!!!! - All the linens smells like mothballs. - Big Cracked floor in the dining room. - Fast ants walking in the night in the bathroom (They live beyond the wall tiles). - bedbugs everywhere (They fly in the room during the night). All the curtains are marked with the crashed bedbugs and the smell was absolutely disgusting. -if you don’t leave clean the apartment,they charge you €52 for cleaning. ? After all of this,I asked to my friends if they show me their rooms in the others residence ........was a PARADISE! -Arca -Arca 23 -Arca 24 -Belvedere Are absolutely amazing!The restaurant as well! Be sure what you book.

We are a family with 3 boys of various ages from 6 to 17 and we also would have their grandmother with us. We love that it has the pool and bar if we dont want to go to Bardolino or Garda in the evening. We dont hire a car, we use taxi services in the evening, €10 either way or we walk down and taxi back ( 15 min walk down hill). The tennis, football pitch and pool is more than enough for our boys. Its a fabulous location with brilliant views and quiet enough to get a real break from the hustle and bustle yet have the option of both towns so close.....love it love it love it
s	sammy shearn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice location with beautiful views however our apartment was not very nice. The restaurant and pool are lovely however that's as far as it goes. Wi-Fi only works if you are stood next to the box at reception which is not the worst thing if you are on holiday. The worst part was our apartment which was basic and not properly cleaned. We weren't aware beforehand that the term 'some services e.g. mini bar are not included' actually meant you had to rent bedding and make the beds yourself. Also you had to clean your rooms yourself otherwise you get charged an extra 50 to 80 euros. You can tell that this is as far as the cleaning goes. Would you like to stay somewhere that relies on previous occupants cleaning? The receptionist short changed us twice and the walk while manageable into town is very steep on the way back and does tale about 15minutes. The walk was sometimes welcome but be aware!

Magnificent apartment, excellent restaurant with quality food, forthcoming friendly people, well maintained Tennis courts. Clear view to the lake, especially at sundowns! All amenities are nearby, some minutes to Bardolino centre, only some more to Garda. One of the best stays we/family have ever had!
