T	Tobias K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent 4* Resort with young, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and big enough. Highlight are the inside/outside pools and spa/sauna area. Ideal location very close to Bardolino city center. Parking garage with plenty of space.

Our room was comfortable, but a touch on the small side (Comfort room). It would probably be worth checking out the next tier up.
D	Dan Woodruff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're had a really great stay here. The room was comfortable and large. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the Lakeside attractions and restaurants of Bardolino. The best feature of the hotel is the swimming pool complex. There are a variety of indoor and outdoor pools with lots of fun areas such as rapids and water jets. Our daughter loved this hotel! There is ample parking on site, and air conditioning in every room. The breakfast buffet was truly huge, with the biggest selection of options I have ever seen, including a coffee bar and chef making omelettes. If we come back to Lake Garda we'll definitely stay here.
A	Anna Hills on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern hotel and spa. Good location close to Bardolino town, harbour, bus station and park. Stayed in July, given double Aqua room which was small for 3 sharing but view of the pools were fabulous. Arrived on early flight and was told to leave luggage and explore town. We were exhausted so not happy with that. Air con in room was intermittent and not functioning too well. Stayed on half board, self service breakfast which was very satisfactory, evening meal was waiter service. Fair menu for this size hotel and food was good tasty local dishes. The pools both indoor and outdoor are the main feature of this hotel and make up for any negatives. I would come back but would choose a larger room.
S	Stephan Koenig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello all To the Hotel wants to be a 4 S Hotel The Hotel is really nice, pool is lovely and there are generally enough sunbeds. I have to say even i wrote a bad rating that the reception desk and the cleaning service was well according to the 4 stars. We just had real issues with the other service Arrival Not a good description what is where , arrived at the room the TV was not working. Even the person who arrived after 2 calls , had trouble to set it up. The towel service is a nightmare, either no one there or no towels . In this category not usual We booked as well the Spa experience, we been brought to the sauna with two massage beds- room was nice - but again the service .There was no explanation where the Shower is, so we been stuck in the room . This is all not a one star rating , but why one star! We been at breakfast ( and we know Corona is special) but we on 6 Days staying had never a real fresh warm fried Egg. And as we saw the waiter at the table next to us , dropping a fork to the ground - and put it back to the table without cleaning it and even the main waiter came by and saw it , there are no words for this I would not even expect this in a one star Hotel! So sorry, but for us this is the first and last time staying with Aqualux Stephan
M	Mrs Mrs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here in September and had a great time. The hotel had many mitigating procedures to keep guests safe, given the current pandemic. We felt that safety was of the utmost importance. The room was large and comfortable with a balcony. The selection of swimming pools was great and there is plenty of space to relax around them, either inside or out. The breakfast is not really buffet style, the staff serve you from behind a bar. It seems to be a temporary measure to cover the pandemic period. The selection of food is great and it is all very fresh.

The outside pool area is definitely nice, but the rooms are old, not clean, poorly lit, tiny bathrooms and more like a 3 star hotel. The reception is always understaffed, personell in the dining area could be friendlier - allround this hotel needs a tweak. The location is great, 5min walk into the center, the pool area & grounds are very nice.
