★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo stati prenotando tramite i pacchetti RegalBox per una cena con menù fisso. Nulla da ridire sul cibo servito, tutto più che buono, con particolare riguardo per il risotto.
Peccato però che non siano state rispettate le informazioni segnalate su RegalBox: Invece di due menù fra cui scegliere, ne era disponibile solo uno; inoltre a fine cena ci hanno fatto pagare acqua e caffè, che invece erano incluse nel pacchetto.
Ok, sul cibo, un po' meno sull'onestà.
 We were booking through the RegalBox packages for a fixed menu dinner. Nothing to say about the food served, all more than good, with particular regard to the risotto.
Too bad, however, that the information reported on RegalBox has not been respected: Instead of two menus to choose from, only one was available; also at the end of the dinner they made us pay water and coffee, which were included in the package.
Ok, on food, a little less on honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato 30.06.2018 sono stata con il mio Gruppo di Lettura a Gattinarz presso La Tinaia a fine visita Mostra Gaudenzio Ferrari e Sacro Monte Varallo.
Interessante visita alle cantina con un'esauriente spiegazione della produzione del vino Gattinara.
Inutile dire che il vino era eccellente. Antipasto e dessert nella norma, risotto con riduzione di Gattinara eccezionale. Il caffè invece si può evitare. Ricordiamoci che la perfezione non è di questo mondo!
Saturday 30.06.2018 I was with my Reading Group in Gattinarz at La Tinaia at the end of the visit to Gaudenzio Ferrari Exhibition and Sacro Monte Varallo.
Interesting visit to the winery with an exhaustive explanation of the production of Gattinara wine.
Needless to say, the wine was excellent. Appetizer and dessert in the standard, risotto with Gattinara reduction exceptional. Coffee can be avoided. Let us remember that perfection is not of this world!

Отличное место как база для изучения местных вин.
Кроме того магазинчик,мгле можно купить прекрасные местные вина от очень увлеченного винодела.
Вина на самом деле хорошие по очень разумной цене.
Small family hotel at the winery.
An excellent base for exploring local wines.
Besides the little shop, you can buy fine local wines from a very passionate winemaker.
The wines are actually good at a very reasonable price.

Veramente accogliente .Ottima posizione nel contesto dell' omonima cascina vinicola.Bel colpo d occhio .colazione abbondante in ambiente molto caratteristico. Indipendenza totale entrando dalla porta sulla via secondaria tramite apertura a codice numerico dal citofono.Ottimo il loro Gattinara prodotto e degustato in una Osteria locale .Consigliato e sicuramente torneremo prossimo anno.
5 stars with honors.We rented an apartment for one night on the occasion of the 4enduro MTB race in Roasio. Really welcoming. Excellent location in the context of the homonymous winery. Nice glance. Abundant breakfast in a very characteristic environment. Total independence by entering the door on the secondary street through a numerical code opening from the intercom. Excellent their Gattinara produced and tasted in a local Osteria. Recommended and we will definitely be back next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small tasting room, a lovely experience. The young man (winemaker's son?) was very helpful, patient with this American visitor, and allowed me to taste many of their terrific wines. The standard "Nebbiolo, Coste de la Sesia" is a steal for under 10 Euro, and their 2009 Gattinara and Gattinara Reserva (about 14 and 20 Euro, respectively) are fantastic wines from a fantastic vintage. I strongly recommend anybody visiting Gattinara to stop by this gem of a place and pick up some of their delicious wines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing winery, run by a passionate producer in one of Nebbiolo's strongholds. Awesome wines, Gattinara Riserva above all. Excellent b&b service, comfortable rooms above the cozy cellar courtyard. Highly recommended
