Sono entrata per cercare un cappello con del cashmere all interno perché il mio fidanzato è allergico alla lana ed al sintetico. Quando ho chiesto ai commessi, mi hanno fatto vedere la merce a disposizione, ma quando ho avanzato la specifica richiesta del cashmere mi sono sentita rispondere, con un un tono poco piacevole ,che loro non avevano il prodotto ma che comunque, lo stesso, mi sarebbe costato tanto e che non era sicuro che potessi spendere una cifra del genere, ma la cosa ancora più irritante sono state le commesse alle mie spalle che sghignazziavano! Parto dal presupposto che anche io lavoro nel commercio e mi hanno sempre insegnato l' umiltà e sopratutto mai guardare il portafoglio della cliente se non è lei a specificarlo. L abito non fa il monaco e l'apparenza inganna perché non puoi mai sapere chi hai davanti! Esperienza negativa! I premise .. I'm so sorry because I like it a lot as a shop but today I had a bad and a little unpleasant experience. I went in to look for a hat with cashmere inside because my boyfriend is allergic to wool and synthetic. When I asked the clerks, they showed me the goods available, but when I made the specific request for the cashmere I felt I was responding, with an unpleasant tone, that they didn't have the product but that, anyway, the same, I it would have cost so much and that he was not sure that I could spend such a figure, but the most irritating thing was the orders behind me that snickered! I assume that I also work in commerce and have always taught me humility and above all never look at the client's wallet if she does not specify it. The dress does not make the monk and the appearance deceives because you can never know who you are in front of! Negative experience!
