Bisognava sostituire la piastra (non in garanzia) perché il danno era dovuto a me in quanto ho usato acqua distillata e mi hanno rovinato la piastra immacolata. Il sig. Mancuso scorretto nella conversazione.
Unprofessional. I brought a Rowenta brand iron, bought for 2 months, in excellent condition, unfortunately it leaked water when ironing. The plate had to be replaced (not under warranty) because the damage was due to me as I used distilled water and they ruined my immaculate plate. Mr. Incorrect lack of use in the conversation.
