g	gaetano caruso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una TV con rottamazione, stancato dalle 20 fotocopie e registrazioni sui terminali mi accorgo in ritardo che mi è stato inserito alla cassa un prodotto denominato "tie team premium TV " senza essere mai stato avvisato, credo sia poco professionale oltre che un furto di 39€ se è una cosa inserita automaticamente. Domattina verrò con calma a chiedere un buono per un servizio non richiesto ma di sicuro adesso sono molto più che alterato. Non me lo aspettavo proprio. La fiducia del cliente è più importante di 39€ in più. I bought a scrapped TV, tired of the 20 photocopies and recordings on the terminals, I realize late that a product called "tie team premium TV" has been inserted at the checkout without ever having been warned, I think it is unprofessional as well as a theft of 39 € if it is an automatically entered thing. In the morning I will calmly come and ask for a voucher for an unsolicited service but for sure now I am much more than upset. I wasn't expecting that at all. Customer trust is more important than € 39 more.
A	Antonio De Pace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato due settimane fa a chiedere informazioni per sostituzione di un condizionatore con lo sconto in fattura da utilizzare anche da affittuario ed un commesso mi ha elencato i documenti necessari per procedere all'all'acquisto dopo una settimana pronto con i documenti richiesti mi è stata negata la possibilità di effettare lo sconto in quanto accessibile solo dalla proprietà. Davvero poco professionali!! a parte il fatto che nella legge è ben spiegato l'utilizzo dello sconto da chiunque eserciti un diritto reale sull'immobile( il contratto di affitto e un diritto reale) per cui non capisco perchè non sono stati in grado i risolvere dovrò rivolgermi a qualcuno piu bravo I was two weeks ago asking for information to replace an air conditioner with the discount on the invoice to be used also as a renter and a salesman listed the documents necessary to proceed with the purchase after a week ready with the required documents. the possibility of discounting is denied as it is only accessible from the property. Really unprofessional !! apart from the fact that in the law it is well explained the use of the discount by anyone exercising a real right on the property (the rental contract and a real right) so I don't understand why they have not been able to resolve it I will have to contact someone better

Materiale elettronico non funzionante, commessa ha rifiutato il rimborso perchè lo può autorizzare solo il direttore assente alle ore 14.30 del sabato. Dovrei tornare in altro giorno e devo prendere appuntamento telefonico per essere sicuro di trovarlo. Vadano a leggere cos'è la customer care. Questo per soli 21 euro. Sino ad ora ho comprato nei negozi per sostenere la città, dopo questo comprerò solo on line, in tutti i settori. One star but none would be better. Electronic material not working, shop assistant refused the refund because only the director absent at 2.30 pm on Saturday can authorize it. I should be back on another day and I have to make an appointment by phone to be sure to find him. Read what customer care is. This for only 21 euros.
