Entriamo nella banca vuota e troviamo una dipendente alla cassa molto 'indaffarata' e una 'guardia'. La guardia con soddisfazione e goduria ci dice che si deve prenotare. Avessi capito se era piena la banca ma era vuota e la cassiera si girava i pollici. Non penso che cadeva il mondo se ci avesse dato un libretto. Apparte questo poi la guardia é inutile. Era con il telefono e girava come un pallogero a non fare nulla. In piú non c'era nessuno ma anche se ci fosse stata non cambiava tanto. Really bad. Employees are painful and mischievous. Penso che il requisito fondamentale per assumere dipendenti all unicredit di messina sia proprio l'incompetenza e la poca professionalità! Non si può fare nulla Bad, and that's an understatement! Servizio al cliente inesistente...possibilità di dialogo attraverso numero telefonico: inesistente. In qualsiasi ora e giorno delle settimana la banca rende disponibile 1 solo sportello per le operazioni. L'arroganza della guardia giurata all'ingresso è disarmante. Sede che andrebbe letteralmente chiusa. Ci troviamo nel cuore della città, esattamente a Piazza Cairoli. Messina merita un servizio bancario più efficiente da parte di uno dei gruppi più conosciuti in Italia. Bocciati. Bank run in the worst way that can exist on the face of the earth.
