Nessuna professionalità ne interesse a risolvere i problemi.
Ho portato il mio telefono redmi xiaomi, ancora in garanzia, perché non prende la carica e di conseguenza morto, e mi hanno detto che non potevano fare niente.
Un consiglio a chi legge e anche per me, prima di comprare qualcosa accertarsi che esista un buon centro assistenza.

No professionalism or interest in solving problems.
I brought my xiaomi redmi phone, still under warranty, because it doesn't take charge and consequently died, and they told me they couldn't do anything.
A tip to the reader and also to me, before buying something, make sure there is a good service center.
