★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo posto è davvero stupendo! La farina viene macinata a pietra e il mulino va ad acqua. Il signore che si occupa di tutto, assieme alla moglie, è molto disponibile. Ci sono moltissime qualità: 00, 0, 2, integrale, con la crusca, ai 5 cereali, quella di castagne, quella di mais, quella di KAMUT, e molte altre.
Per la farina 00, 0, 2 e per quella con la crusca il prezzo per un sacco da 5 kg è di 5 euro.

Ci sono tornata per fare il classico super fornimento di farina e si riconferma un posto magico, tra l'altro se le loro galline hanno fatto le uova vendono anche quelle! ?
This place is really gorgeous! The flour is stone-ground and the mill goes to water. The gentleman who takes care of everything, together with his wife, is very helpful. There are many qualities: 00, 0, 2, whole, with bran, 5 cereals, chestnut, corn, KAMUT, and many others.
For the flour 00, 0, 2 and for the one with the bran the price for a 5 kg bag is 5 euros.
FANTASTIC!!!
I came back to do the classic super supply of flour and reconfirm a magical place, among other things, if their hens have made eggs they sell those too! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antico molino sul Panaro: viene deviato in un canale che lo alimenta.
Portando il grano viene inizialmente pensato, quindi setacciato ed infine messo in una tramoggia che piano piano lo fa cadere all'interno delle macine di pietra.
Escono quindi alcuni tipi di farina di crusca e di cruschello.
Alla fine li mettono i sacchetti di carta , ne pesano il valore complessivo paghi il lavoro e torno a casa con la farina per tutto l'anno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borghetto che comprende un antico mulino ormai completamente elettrificato, ma fino a qualche anno fa funzionava con l'energia fornita da un corso d'acqua alimentato dal fiume Panaro che scorre lì appresso. Sono ancora visibili le "palette" abbandonate in prossimità del mulino
