 Trattoria nestled in the hills of Guiglia. Typical dishes of the Emilian tradition and some reinterpretations. Strongly recommended to everyone.
Very kind, friendly staff and fast service.
The tagliata with three salts is one of the best dishes.

Il locale è molto curato e pulito, anche all'esterno. Ci hanno offerto le classiche tigelle calde calde nell'attesa dei primi. I piatti erano buoni ed equilibrati nel gusto. La carne di buona qualità e ci hanno offerto anche la piastra per regolare la cottura a nostro piacimento. Le crescentine calde e leggere. La scelta dei vini è buona e dai prezzi giusti. Un ottimo posto dove iniziare o terminare la gita ai Sassi , sulla strada di numerosi percorsi a piedi di grande bellezza. torneremo sicuramente
Trattoria Sant'Apollonia is located in front of the Sassi di Rocca Malatina. The staff is qualified, great kindness and attention to the customer. The place is very nice and clean, even on the outside. They offered us the classic hot tigelle while waiting for the first courses. The dishes were good and balanced in taste. The meat of good quality and they also offered us the plate to adjust the cooking to our liking. The warm and light crescentine. The choice of wines is good and fairly priced. An excellent place to start or end the trip to the Sassi, on the way of numerous walking routes of great beauty. we will definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on summer 2019 with my wife and two kids. I am 41 , and I can say I have travel much more than the average 41 guy. This one belongs to my top 3 restaurants ever. We ate delicious food, whatever we want, and on top of that we bought 8 bottles of wine.( Pignarello and lambrusco Grasparossa di castelvetro). We paid 100 EUR. I can not recommend this place more. Before I died I want to come back.
