Location promossa a pieni. Perfect location for those who want to spend a holiday in Polignano, located in the town center, very friendly and well structured, but the icing on the structure cake is Mr. Gerardo (Gerri for friends) very kind always ready to meet immediately all needs of his guests. Quella in cui ho soggiornato era provvista anche di un delizioso terrazzo arredato con vista sui tetti del paesino dove leggere ed organizzarsi un aperitivo risulta una vera delizia. Il posto centralissimo, si parcheggia la macchina e ci si dimentica di averla. L'asso nella manica alla fine è proprio il titolare, Gerardo, gentile, educato e preciso. Risponde a qualsiasi richiesta e ti viene incontro per qualsiasi problema. Polignano é bella ma a volte si torna nei posti proprio per chi ti ha ospitato. Nel mio caso sarà cosi. The structure is just perfect. Well furnished (you can see the architect's hand), clean and functional. The one I stayed in was also equipped with a delightful furnished terrace overlooking the rooftops of the village where reading and organizing an aperitif is a real delight. The central place, you park your car and forget you have it. The ace in the hole at the end is the owner, Gerardo, kind, polite and precise. It responds to any request and comes to meet you for any problem. Polignano is beautiful but sometimes you go back to the places just for those who hosted you. In my case it will be like this.

Nel complesso la nostra esperienza si è rivelata positiva. La struttura è centrale, ben arredata e completa di servizi descritti. A mal in cuore ci sono dei Ma e non di poco conto. In primo luogo non è specificato che le singole camere si trovino su strada e non all'interno di una struttura. L'ingresso,dunque, è al livello del marciapiede. Per qualsiasi evenienza quindi occorre contattare singolarmente il responsabile,che è estremamente disponibile. Il secondo grande ma riguarda la pulizia. Rispettato cambio giornaliero delle asciugamani, ma il tutto si limita a questo e all'aggiusto delle lenzuola sul letto. Per il resto la pulizia è assente. La doccia non è mai stata pulita, né il pavimento del bagno. La cucina ed il tavolo attiguo altrettanto. Sul sito non dovrebbe essere promessa pulizia giornaliera perché è assente e in tempi di covid questo è francamente scandaloso. My fiancé and I stayed at this property in the week immediately following mid-August. Overall our experience turned out to be positive. The structure is central, well furnished and complete with the services described. There are some Ma's in the heart and not insignificant. In the first place, it is not specified that the individual rooms are located on the street and not inside a structure. The entrance, therefore, is at the level of the sidewalk. For any eventuality it is therefore necessary to contact the person in charge individually, who is extremely helpful. The second big one is about cleanliness. Respected daily change of towels, but everything is limited to this and the adjustment of the sheets on the bed. For the rest, cleaning is absent. The shower was never cleaned, nor was the bathroom floor. The kitchen and the adjoining table as well. On the site should not be promised daily cleaning because it is absent and in times of covid this is frankly outrageous.

B & b situato in una posizione strategica, vicinissimo al mare e al centro. Esperienza da rifare sicuramente. Delightful structure, with attention to the smallest details. Lovely place. Really nice owners, helpful. B & b located in a strategic position, very close to the sea and the center. Experience to be redone for sure.
