R	Richard P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CORRECTO EL ALOJAMIENTO, INACEPTABLE EL PROPIETARIO Mi opinión quedó ya reflejada en BOOKING, pero mi acompañante la reflejó aquí, y es su opinión tan respetable como cualquier otra. La repuesta x parte del propietario fue grosera, desproporcionada, y acudiendo a la mentira en varios aspectos. La fruta q menciona q se tiró era comprada x nosotros, se estropeó en la playa por el calor, y la tiramos en el contenedor correspondiente al llegar al alojamiento. Nadie robó una botella de vino del mini bar, además no bebemos alcohol, y tampoco somos ladrones; usted al entregarle las llaves me hizo esperar a q revisase la habitación y salió sin decir nada, algo bastante extraño ya q podría haberlo hecho igualmente, pero con mejor tacto y sin necesidad de tener esperando al cliente a q realizase el registro. Los desayunos buffet son libres y hay personas q tomamos un café y otras 2, si usted desea limitar el gasto, no anuncie buffet y coloque a cada cliente el desayuno en mesa q considere adecuado, nadie q viaja habitualmente actúa como usted describió. En cualquier caso un propietario no debe contestar tan groseramente y acusar de ladrones a sus clientes. Debería aprender de multitud de profesionales q saben como responder a la reseñas q no son de su agrado, y menos borrar (mediante denuncia falsa en google) las q no le gustan para mantener la puntuación alta. Como sospecho q con esta hará lo mismo, espero q google o a quien corresponda , tome medidas contra usted. Probablemente volveré a sitios similares al suyo pero nunca a sitios regentados por personas como usted. La habitación se podría decir que no tenía ventanas( dos muy pequeñas en las que no había visibilidad) por todo lo demás era agradable y con aire acondicionado. Por las mañanas ponían la radio muy alta en el lugar del desayuno y la habitación estaba proxima. Agradecer que dado que el check out era temprano,a las 10, nos dejaron pasar la mañana hasta la hora de comer en la piscina dado que viajábamos ese día con todo el equipaje. De acuerdo con el comentario anterior de Richard sobre el buffet, además de que algunos productos al dejarlos de un día para otro estaban secos( magdalenas por ejemplo). Y añadir que ante un comentario correcto y realista en Booking sobre las características han contestado de malas formas. Hay que aceptar las críticas constructivas para mejorar. En eso consiste la opinión de los clientes. Gracias,un saludo! Acceptable accommodation. We got a basic room having paid for a better one. The room could be said to have no windows (two very small ones with no visibility) for everything else it was nice and air-conditioned. In the mornings they put the radio very loud in the breakfast room and the room was close by. Be grateful that since the check out was early, at 10, they let us spend the morning until lunchtime in the pool since we were traveling that day with all the luggage. Agree with Richard's earlier comment about the buffet, plus some items left overnight were dry (muffins for example). And to add that before a correct and realistic comment in Booking about the characteristics they have answered in a bad way. You have to accept constructive criticism to improve. That is what customer opinion consists of. Thanks greetings!

Relax completo in una struttura tenuta sempre in ottime condizioni sia a livello di pulizia che di contesto generale. Caterina e suo padre sempre disponibile per qualsiasi bisogno. Consigliato sicuramente. Stayed August 2021. Strategic position to reach the most important places in the area. C	C F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige bed and breakfast en familie. Cossimo, catarina en Andrea zijn zeer gastvrij en doen alles om het je naar de zin te maken. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon en er is een fijn zwembad waar je zowel in de zon als in de schaduw kan zitten. De locatie is perfect. Je kan het als goede uitvalsbasis gebruiken om meerdere leuke bestemmingen te bezoeken zoals Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, alberobello en Ostuni. Zo hoef je niet steeds te verkassen. Het ontbijt was ook goed. In veel b&b in Italië is het een Croissant en een thee / jus d’orange maar hier wel wat meer! Bij het uit checken kregen we nog lekkere druiven uit eigen tuin mee. Aanrader!!!! Great bed and breakfast and family. Cossimo, catarina and Andrea are very hospitable and do everything to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean and there is a nice swimming pool where you can sit in the sun as well as in the shade. The location is perfect. You can use it as a good base to visit several nice destinations such as Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello and Ostuni. That way you don't have to move all the time. The breakfast was also good. In many b&b in Italy it is a Croissant and a tea / orange juice, but here it is a bit more! When we checked out we got some tasty grapes from our own garden. Recommended!!!!
G	GIANLUCA MARTINELLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato buono, il posto è davvero molto bello immerso nella campagna e la piscina è davvero molto bella e rilassante e i proprietari ci hanno permesso di restare il giorno del check-out in piscina. Devo però sottolineare alcuni aspetti negativi: -la prenotatazione comprendeva una stanza più grande ad un costo maggiore e ci è stata data una basica senza ricevere la differenza di prezzo. -la stanza in questione ha finestre molto piccole e la porta principale si da sulla zona del buffet, ergo la mattina viene accesa la radio a volume alto alle 8.30 senza preoccuparsi del riposo degli ospiti. -la risposta risentita dei proprietari alla mia recensione in booking. Overall the stay was good, the place is really very nice immersed in the countryside and the pool is really very nice and relaxing and the owners allowed us to stay the day of the check out in the pool. However, I must point out some negative aspects: -the booking included a larger room at a higher cost and we were given a basic without receiving the difference in price. -the room in question has very small windows and the main door opens onto the buffet area, so in the morning the radio is turned on at high volume at 8.30 without worrying about the rest of the guests. - the resentful response of the owners to my review in booking.
