★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo mangiato il loro famoso sfincione, e devo dire che la loro fama è meritata. Buonissimo. Il locale è piccolino, accettano pagamenti con bancomat.
We ate their famous sfincione, and I must say that their fame is well deserved. Very good. The restaurant is small, they accept payments by debit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso due bei pezzi di sfincione (uno alla ricotta e l'altro con primo sale) e tre pezzi di pizza con pistacchio, bacon, emmental e melanzane. Nulla da dire per quanto riguarda gli sfincioni che si sono dimostrati davvero eccezionali (tra l'altro ho adorato particolarmente quello col primo sale), invece devo proprio sottolineare il fatto che la pizza oltre a non averci convinto nel sapore (il troppo stroppia) e averci sdegnato dopo nemmeno cinque morsi, è parsa anche troppa unta nonché strabordante d'olio.
P.s. Le foto che mostrano i pezzi già morsicati dimostrano quanto impellente fosse la fretta di provare il famoso sfincione bagherese ahahah
We took two nice pieces of sfincione (one with ricotta and the other with primo sale) and three pieces of pizza with pistachio, bacon, emmental and eggplant. Nothing to say regarding the sfincioni that proved to be truly exceptional (among other things I particularly loved the one with the first salt), instead I must really emphasize the fact that the pizza in addition to not having convinced us in the flavor (too much is good) and having scorned us after less than five bites, it also seemed too greasy and overflowing with oil.
P.s. The photos showing the pieces already bitten show how urgent was the rush to try the famous bagherese sfincione hahaha
