★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il panificio Buttitta è un panificio storico , oltre a Pino il proprietario ho conosciuto suo padre e donna Rosa sua madre, quando avevano il forno a legna in via Cammarata a Bagheria negli anni 50 / 60 era la delizia del pane cotto a legna.
Dei tronchi di albero di ulivo e le ramaglie accatastate a fascine venivano bruciate nel forno già di prima mattina, il profumo che emanava e in descrivibile ancora oggi sento il profumo di quei tempi.
Quindi è un panificio storico tramandato da padre in figlio, oggi e famoso per le moffolette calde la sera e il pane croccante di tutti i giorni.
