★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バゲリーアのスフィンチョーネを食べるなら間違いなくここ。窯で焼きあげるスフィンチョーネは期待をはるかに上回って美味しかった…。半分しか買わなかったけど、ホールで買えばよかったです。お店のお兄さん、英語もかなり流暢だったのでイタリア語が分からなくても大丈夫です。
 Definitely here to eat Bagheria Sfincione. The Sfincione baked in the kiln was much better than expected ... I bought only half, but I should have bought it in the hall. The shop's older brother is quite fluent in English, so it's okay if you don't understand Italian.

Ovviamente al forno non c'era più nessuno e al di là dell'importo speso e della gratuità della prossima fornitura non era mia intenzione farvi oggetto di dileggio perché ho gustato le vostre specialità decine di volte attraverso conoscenti colleghi ed amici e abbiamo banchettato con le vostre specialità e mi ero ripromesso di farle assaggiare anche ai miei parenti in vacanza. Mi è dispiaciuto fare una magra figura. Non mancherà tempo per rivederci. Grazie comunque della disponibilità.

Ottima valorizzazione di un prodotto tradizionale con materie prime ottime. Ho avuto il piacere di acquistare lo sfincione appena sfornato e posso affermare che è qualcosa di impareggiabile.inoltre ho acquistato i paninetti con cipolle e olive,anch'essi ottimi! Vale assolutamente la pena di una passeggiata a Bagheria. Consigliatissimo!
Highly recommended bakery for its specialties (white bagherese sfincione with tuma or ricotta), kind and attentive staff in satisfying the customer. Excellent enhancement of a traditional product with excellent raw materials. I had the pleasure of buying the freshly baked sfincione and I can say that it is something incomparable. I also bought the sandwiches with onions and olives, which are also excellent! It is absolutely worth a walk in Bagheria. Highly recommended!
