Pessimo servizio . Sconsigliato assolutamente!! I went months ago to ask for a quote for a trip to Rome, they gave me 2 minutes to talk because they were in a hurry ... I left my details and they should have sent me the quote in a couple of days ... moral of the fairy tale: no one has become more alive ... Bad service. Not recommended absolutely !!

Con il loro aiuto ho organizzato due viaggi di lavoro per 50 persone (Monaco di Baviera nel 2018 e Lucerna nel 2019) che si sono svolti comodamente e senza problemi. Titolare gentilissima e disponibile. Excellent agency. With their help I organized two business trips for 50 people (Munich in 2018 and Lucerne in 2019) which took place comfortably and without problems. Owner very kind and helpful.
G	Giuliana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2018 l'agenzia organizza il viaggio di nozze per mio figlio e mia nuora, una settimana in barca intorno alle Eolie, nell'agosto 2018, Il viaggio chiaramente assai costoso prevedeva la cabina più ampia con aria condizionata. Invece durante il viaggio, viene data una cabina piccola e senza aria condizionata, in quella che doveva essere per gli sposi viaggia una nipote del capitano.... per tutta la settimana. Al rientro espongo la lamentela alla proprietaria che mi dice che i ragazzi dovevano protestare durante il viaggio, ma A) non c'era quasi mai campo durante la settimana, B) due giovani sposi di 25 e 21 anni hanno visto la camera occupata dalla nipote dello skipper, cosa avrebbero dovuto fare? Litigare in mezzo al mare? Allora per rischiare la fregatura potevano organizzarsi il viaggio da soli, spendendo molto meno. Comunque, la proprietaria che diceva che avrebbe protestato con l skipper e fatto sapere qualcosa, in tre anni non si è fatta mai più viva.
