Validissimo per famiglie e persone che hanno bisogno di attenzioni come gli anziani. Cucina gustosa ma anche leggera e digeribile per chi ha patologie. Molto pulito. Locali e camere ben tenute con manutenzione e ristrutturazioni annuali. Molto tranquillo. The staff is very kind, strive for any request. Tralasciando qualche disagio da parte del Tour Operator il "Diamante", che non dovrebbe fare certi errori visto il costo e la categoria del viaggio (Attenzione ai viaggi di nozze) che avevamo programmato, devo dire che l'agenzia e la banca a cui sono associati hanno commesso parecchi errori: comunicazioni importanti omesse, rendicontazioni errate. Differenze di pagamento che abbiamo dovuto effettuare senza previa informazione, scarsa attenzione e disorganizzazione. Credo che ci siano agenzie migliori a cui potersi affidare per un viaggio così importante e dispendioso. Stipulato il viaggio, i contatti si sono limitati molto, poche informazioni nonostante le diverse richieste, nessuna chiarezza dei costi! Il viaggio è stato disastroso dal punto di vista organizzativo: prenotazioni non effettuate ma pagate, voli aerei a oltre 10 ore dal check-out degli alberghi. Sistemazioni alberghiere che dovevano essere di default per le coppie in viaggio di nozze le abbiamo invece strapagate! Non sono di certo in grado di organizzare un viaggio. Per i viaggi successivi ci siamo rivolti altrove senza andare incontro a nessun tipo di incompetenza! We turned to this agency for our honeymoon, the first impression seemed excellent. We have overpaid hotel accommodations that were supposed to be the default for honeymooners! I am certainly not able to organize a trip. For subsequent trips we turned elsewhere without experiencing any kind of incompetence!

Oltre ad essere stata presa poco sul serio, la dipendente, è stata molto scortese e superficiale nel mostrarmi le varie opzioni: sembrava quasi che la stessi infastidendo! Inoltre mi sono state date informazioni sul viaggio che, successivamente, in altre agenzie mi sono state smentite. Io capisco tutto ma una maleducazione simile mai sentita. Mi ha poi contattato una collega per cercare di recuperare al danno... ma comunque pessime. Terrible.
