Se volete piatti elaborati, menù gourmet e camerieri in livrea andate altrove, ma se vi piace la cucina tradizionale romana casareccia dovete assolutamente passare! Rigatoni alla pajata e gnocchi al sugo di pecora degni di menzione. Consigliatissimo
 I'm not a food critic, but I know a little about eating good and genuine. If you want elaborate dishes, gourmet menus and liveried waiters go elsewhere, but if you like traditional Roman home cooking you should definitely go! Rigatoni alla pajata and gnocchi with sheep's sauce worthy of mention. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento il locale da molto tempo. La nuova gestione, rimasta sempre in famiglia, ha fatto onore alla prima. Si mangia benissimo. La trippa è da stella Michelin, le proposte di cucina tipica romana sono tutte buonissime. Il plus di questa Trattoria sono i vini: di ottima qualità e proposti con un ricarico onesto. Se volete mangiare romano e bere bene ve la consiglio assolutamente . Vale anche il viaggio da Roma!!!!
I've been going to the club for a long time. The new management, which has always remained in the family, did honor to the first. You eat very well. Tripe has a Michelin star, the proposals of typical Roman cuisine are all very good. The plus of this Trattoria are the wines: of excellent quality and offered with an honest markup. If you want to eat Roman and drink well, I absolutely recommend it. It is also worth the trip from Rome !!!!
