Come cliente mi sono trovato a dover telefonare mandare email in continuazione senza ricevere mai una risposta certa. Venivo rincuorato che mi ricontattavano il giorno successivo e poi non si facevano sentire. Non ho chiesto né sconti né elemosine li ho sempre pagati fino alluntimo centesimo ma sembra che il cliente ed il lavoro per loro sia l'ultima cosa per importanza della loro attività.
Very bad experience, asked for daikin air conditioner repair or replacement service. As a customer, I found myself having to call and send emails all the time without ever receiving a definite answer. I was heartened by the fact that they contacted me the next day and then they were not heard. I have not asked for discounts or alms, I have always paid them up to the last penny, but it seems that the client and the work for them is the last thing for their business.

Unfortunately bad experience. Contacted for a repair of an air conditioner, after the inspection they disappeared. Even after having contacted them, they no longer made themselves heard.
