Le operatrici si sono dimostrate pazienti e disponibili nonostante si trattasse di un servizio gratuito (ISEE). Molto consigliabile. Both my wife and I found competence but above all courtesy. Sbagliano, pur sapendo, il calcolo dell'ISEE, non permettono di fare isee corrente secondo delle regole che INVENTANO di sana pianta (e che altri CAF e l'INPS stesso mi hanno detto di essere completamente sbagliate, consigliandomi di cambiare assolutamente Caf). E, quando cerchi di spiegare, le due signore cercano di mandarti via senza rispondere ai tuoi dubbi o perplessità. Sono da denunciare e credo proprio che lo farò. Incompetenza allo stato puro! If you could I would give it 0 stars. They are wrong, even knowing, the calculation of the ISEE, they do not allow to make current isee according to the rules that they INVENT from scratch (and that other CAFs and the INPS itself have told me to be completely wrong, advising me to change Caf absolutely). And, when you try to explain, the two ladies try to send you away without answering your doubts or perplexities. They are to be reported and I really believe that I will. Pure incompetence!
