Il ragù inesistente sugli gnocchi , l'enologo non avrebbe commentato sulla qualità dei vini... mi dispiace per le aspettative elevate per i commenti precesneti My opinion is not positive compared to all the reviews previously read. g	gesue21 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questa trattoria per puro caso. Eravamo bloccati in autostrada ed avevamo fame... Usciti a Ceprano... Il.navigatore ci porta in questa trattoria. Non credo che il proprietario si aspettava così tanto movimento essendo un lunedì. Erano solo lui e una donna in cucina, presumo la moglie, entrambi di una certa età!! Bè che dire.... Abbiamo avuto molta pazienza e siamo stati in grado di capire le loro difficoltà nella gestione. Abbiamo mangiato comunque molto bene. Ottima soprattutto la carne. Il ristorante lascia un po' a desiderare, soprattutto nelle "pulizie" però lo consiglio vivamente perché a noi i proprietari hanno fatto molta tenerezza!!! Si vede che sono persone dedide al lavoro e al sacrificio!! Noi sicuramente ci torneremo..... Lo consigliamo!! We went to this restaurant by accident. We were stuck on the highway and we were hungry ... Exit at Ceprano ... The navigator takes us to this restaurant. I don't think the owner was expecting so much going on it being a Monday. It was just him and a woman in the kitchen, I assume the wife, both of a certain age !! Well what to say .... We had a lot of patience and we were able to understand their difficulties in managing. However, we ate very well. Especially the meat is excellent. The restaurant leaves something to be desired, especially in the "cleaning" but I highly recommend it because the owners have made us very tender !!! You can see that they are people dedicated to work and sacrifice! We will definitely be back ..... We recommend it!

Come primo una scelta tra fettuccine al pomodoro o gnocchi di patate al ragù, per secondo una grigliata di carne di maiale e per contorno patate al forno. Per quanto riguarda i primi credo quasi sicuramente lavorati a mano. La carne non è mi è particolarmente piaciuta forse perché in alcuni tratti non era cotta bene, in compenso le patate sono state buone. Per quanto riguarda la struttura è interessante il fatto che sia a pochi metri dall'ingresso delle grotte per il resto sicuramente è un ambiente molto rustico. I would leave immediately with the food. As a first course a choice between fettuccine with tomato or potato gnocchi with meat sauce, for second a grilled pork and for side dish baked potatoes. As for the first ones, I think they are almost certainly handmade. I did not particularly like the meat, perhaps because in some places it was not cooked well, on the other hand the potatoes were good. As for the structure it is interesting that it is a few meters from the entrance to the caves, for the rest it is certainly a very rustic environment.

G	Giuliana M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si dice le cose semplici sono quelle che ti emozionano,qui ho trovato il buon pranzo della domenica,quello che evoca i migliori ricordi,gnocchi fatti in casa,verdure e salumi dal sapore antico,è impossibile non emozionarsi davanti alla cuoca,che ti mostra le foto delle sue prparazioni culinarie e del proprietario che ti porge un piatto di fichi appena colti dall'albero....qui non hai parole per descrivere quanto sia bello incontrare persone che mettono il cuore nel proprio lavoro,bravi,bravi.Consigliato. Tappa obbligata per chi visita le grotte. A familiar, hospitable atmosphere. With typical cuisine and all locally produced and genuine as per tradition. Simplicity and goodness. A must for those visiting the caves.

Menu fisso a 20euro rigorosamente senza scontrino ovviamente, noi come gli altri prima di noi. La cosa più pietosa di un pasto senza pretese, composto da pasta al sugo e qualche pezzo di carne alla griglia, è stato il "dolce": 4 fette di ciambellone freddo di frigo e duro come un mattone... io capisco "siamo buoni" , "tutti devono lavorare e campare", ma questo posto supera ogni buonismo spicciolo e non lo trovo corretto nei confronti di chi nei paraggi cerca di fare del suo meglio per offrire un buon servizio al forestiero di passaggio. Wonderful welcome? spectacular food? hand made pasta? mah!
