Qualità molto buona (abbiamo assaggiato sanguinaccio, cotechino, risotto alle rane, risotto al bonarda con pasta di salame, ravioli al brasato), quantità abbondante, prezzi contenuti (25 a testa per antipasti, tris di primi, vino e dolci). Servizio molto familiare (menù descritto dal cameriere) e casalingo (i primi sono arrivati nelle profile, con la divisione lasciata a noi). Per gli amanti della tradizione e delle trattorie, è un luogo da provare.
Trattoria in the hand with traditional Pavese dishes. Very good quality (we tasted black pudding, cotechino, risotto with frogs, risotto al bonarda with salami paste, braised ravioli), abundant quantity, low prices (25 per person for appetizers, trio of first courses, wine and desserts). Very familiar service (menu described by the waiter) and homely (the first arrived in the profiles, with the division left to us). For lovers of tradition and trattorias, it is a place to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevamo provare la vera cucina lombarda e siamo andati a cercarla all'Antica Trattoria Rossi. Abbiamo potuto così gustare i piatti della tradizione pavese, buone le rane fritte e il risotto, un po' di delusione invece per le lumache.
We wanted to try the real Lombard cuisine and went to look for it at the Antica Trattoria Rossi. We were able to taste the traditional dishes of Pavia, good the fried frogs and risotto, a bit of disappointment instead for the snails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antica trattoria Rossi e' un caratteristico ristorante dove puoi degustare sia antichi che nuovi sapori con la giusta attenzione anche ai prodotti e piatti tipici del posto. Il locale è gestito meravigliosamente dai proprietari e la loro gestione famigliare ti fa sentire come a casa. Tutto molto buono. Da ritornarci sicuramente.
Antica trattoria Rossi is a characteristic restaurant where you can taste both old and new flavors with the right attention also to the typical products and dishes of the place. The restaurant is wonderfully managed by the owners and their family management makes you feel at home. All very good. Definitely to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vera trattoria fuori mano. Porzioni abbondanti ad un prezzo onesto. La qualità della materia prima é indiscutibile. Da provare il risotto con le rane, delicato e sopraffino (min. due persone), le rane fritte, le lumache con polenta e come antipasto il salame fatto in casa con il cotechino. Però è meglio prendere il vino in bottiglia, il vino bianco della casa non è eccezionale.
A true off-the-beaten-path trattoria. Large portions at a fair price. The quality of the raw material is indisputable. Try the risotto with frogs, delicate and superfine (min. Two people), fried frogs, snails with polenta and as an appetizer the homemade salami with cotechino. However, it is better to take the wine by the bottle, the white house wine is not great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direi un ottimo compromesso, location favorevole, possibilità di mangiare esterno e interno. Parcheggio facile, presenti menu del giorno o alla carta, inoltre menu a pranzo a 12€ ..... direi ottima scelta anche perché il cibo è di qualità e ben cucinato. Personale gentile preparato e sorridente, ci si tornerà per degustare altre specialità.
I would say an excellent compromise, favorable location, possibility to eat outside and inside. Easy parking, menu of the day or a la carte, plus lunch menu at 12 € ..... I would say excellent choice also because the food is of quality and well cooked. Kind staff prepared and smiling, we will return to taste other specialties.
