È di colore rosso rubino, note fruttate di amarene, visciole, ribes nero. Poi si avvertono eleganti percezioni vegetali di erbe officinali e di peperone arrostito. A seguire caffè, bacche di vaniglia e pepe rosa. Ottimo e convincente al primo assaggio. Vitigni usati: Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon. Bello anche il contesto naturale in cui è posizionata. Unica nota dolente, ma di grande importanza , l'assenza di una Sala di degustazione. Il vino non lo puoi assaggiare.
