N	Nem Nemx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispiace. Non lascio mai una stella ma questa volta e' andata davvero storta. Avevamo gia' mangiato lo scorso anno e ci eravamo trovati bene. Oggi invece ci siamo dovuti alzare insodisfatti. Ordinato alle 13.30 chedendo di poter servire due primi e due secondi e due contorni assieme (eravamo in 4), viene portato dopo 10 minuti l'antipasto con un primo piatto assieme (gnocchi allo speck freddi con un pezzo di burro freddo sopra). Dopo altri 15 minuti portano un altro primo. Poi il nulla. Solo urla cucina. Alle 14.30 chiedo gentilmente i tempi al cameriera molto gentile e pazienza. Esce il proprietario che al contrario mi dice che per lo stinco ci vuole il suo tempo. Al che richiedo appunto quanto tempo perche' oltre lo stinco c'erano anche le uova con lo speck per il bambino che doveva ancora mangiare. Il proprietario mi ha colto alla sprovvista rispondendo che forse avevamo sbagliato locale e che avevano solo due fornelli per 70 persone. Faccio notare che stavamo mangiando uno alla volta e due dovevano ancora toccar cibo dopo un' ora. La replica e'stata che forse non fosse il locale per noi. Abbiam preferito alzarzi e pagare mezzo pranzo. Peccato perche' si puo' capire che a volte la cucina possa andare in difficolta' ma non si puo' rispondere in quel modo ai clienti soprattutto quando non hanno colpa ma solo disagio. Spiace anche per le cameriere che si son trovate in mezzo a questa difficile situazione cercando di attenuare il piu'possibile l'imbarazzo. Giornata No. Sorry. Ordered at 1.30pm asking to be able to serve two first and two second courses and two side dishes together (there were 4 of us), after 10 minutes the appetizer with a first course together (gnocchi with cold speck with a piece of cold butter on top) is brought. After another 15 minutes they bring another first. Then nothing. Just screams cooking. At 2.30 pm I kindly ask the waitress for the times, very kind and patience. The owner comes out and on the contrary tells me that it takes his time for the shin. To which I ask precisely how long because besides the shin there were also eggs with speck for the child who still had to eat. The owner caught me off guard by replying that maybe we had the wrong place and that they only had two stoves for 70 people. I point out that we were eating one at a time and two still had to touch food after an hour. The reply was that maybe it wasn't the place for us. We preferred to get up and pay for half a lunch. Too bad because you can understand that sometimes the kitchen can go into difficulty but you cannot respond to customers in that way especially when they are not at fault but only discomfort. Sorry also for the waitresses who found themselves in the midst of this difficult situation trying to mitigate the embarrassment as much as possible. Bad day.

L	Linus Torvalds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo sempre sentito parlare di questo locale in quanto propone piatti tirolesi nella zona del Montello. Abbiamo così deciso di cenare con una coppia. Il locale si trova a Santi Angeli, una una zona molto battuta del Montello. All’interno ha diverse sale e la principale è abbastanza caratteristica e carina. Per quanto riguarda il cibo abbiamo preso antipasti, primi e secondi, in particolare gli antipasti erano poco gustosi e un pò “alla buona” con alcune cose chiaramente riscaldate al microonde. Il pezzo forte è la bistecca impanata, non appena arrivata su di un piatto da pizza, ci siamo meravigliati della grandezza, era veramente enorme. Come gusto era discreta, buona impanatura così come la carne di vitello. Anche qui però mancava uno sprint. Infine quanto alla gentilezza del personale devo dire che non ci ha per nulla fatto questa impressione, anzi, sembravamo ospiti non graditi. In queste zone si trova molto di meglio sia come location ma soprattutto come qualità delle pietanze e se volete mangiare altoatesino, la cosa migliore è farsi un ora e mezza di auto e andare a pranzo in trentino. As for the food we took appetizers, first and second courses, in particular the appetizers were not very tasty and a little "good" with some things clearly heated in the microwave. The highlight is the breaded steak, as soon as it arrived on a pizza plate, we marveled at the size, it was truly huge. Taste was decent, good breading as was the veal. Here too, however, a sprint was missing. Finally, as for the kindness of the staff, I must say that we did not have this impression at all, on the contrary, we seemed unwelcome guests. In these areas you can find much better both as a location but above all in the quality of the dishes and if you want to eat South Tyrolean, the best thing is to drive an hour and a half by car and go to lunch in Trentino. We will definitely not be going back.

A mio modesto parere il cibo è di qualità, gli ingredienti sono freschi, la presentazione dei piatti è impeccabile...La cucina è piccola, a volte si attende un po' di più, ma il titolare passa sempre a controllare e fare due chiacchiere, non ci si sente abbandonati a se stessi. Le porzioni sono giuste, altrimenti mangiare primo, secondo, contorni e dolce (come rinunciare ai dolci tirolesi) risulterebbe impossibile! Il prezzo non è da "osteria" ma onesto per la qualità dei cibi e la cura dei dettagli. Bagno impeccabile e anche questo non è da trascurare! Spazio esterno piacevole con piccola area giochi.
