Avremmo potuto bere e mangiare in un'ora nel rispetto degli orari. Peccato ... forse perché non erano le proprietarie . Non si può avere la consapevolezza dal punto di vista del cliente di tutto il lavoro che interessa il vostro esercizio, indicato nel Suo monologo,che apprezzo e rispetto ma non è questo il punto del discorso. La risposta che è stata data non è quella che lei riporta. Aggiungo inoltre che la scortesia può essere manifestata anche con un linguaggio non verbale. Non la biasimo Che lei non accetti la recensione, quelle negative non vengono di certo viste come costruttive. Peraltro mi permetto di suggerirle di modificare gli orari sul sito visto che indicano una chiusura alle 15,30 ed è proprio d qui che parte la recensione. E siccome non siamo persone irrispettose del lavoro altrui,avremmo lasciato il vostro locale alle 15,25. Lei ricorda chiaramente orario e persone ma non ricorda chiaramente la risposta . La ristorazione impeccabile, personale gentile e disponibile! Si trovano dei prodotti siciliani fantastici, come il pesto di pistacchi… che dire… divino! Consigliatissimo! Wonderful place, super-stocked wine shop with unique pieces ... great ideas to make a gift and make a good impression! The impeccable catering, friendly and helpful staff! There are fantastic Sicilian products, such as pistachio pesto ... what can I say ... divine! Highly recommended!

Entriamo e ci sediamo ad un tavolo.. non sappiamo se cucinano perché in giro vediamo solo bottiglie di vino… wow è un’enoteca .. ma ci si presenta una ragazza molto carina e ci fa sapere che cucinano anche . Prendiamo due maxi panini ( super buoni ) , due bottiglie d’acqua , due caffè … e poi siccome ci sono tanto piaciuti i panini ne portiamo due uguali sulla nave … Consiglio vivamente il posto e ringraziamo per l’accoglienza e il cibo buono Andrea & Elena ( Roma ) We tour a lot of places, this time due to a delay of our ship towards Sardinia, with so much hunger we were looking for a place to have lunch ... We found this place by chance walking around Civitavecchia port area. We go in and sit at a table .. we don't know if they cook because we only see bottles of wine around ... wow it's a wine shop .. but a very young girl introduces herself nice and let us know that they also cook. We take two maxi sandwiches (super good), two bottles of water, two coffees ... and then, since we loved the sandwiches so much, we bring two of the same to the ship ... I highly recommend the place and thank you for the welcome and the good food Andrea & Elena (Rome)
