Giovanni (CN) ed è la chiesa del cimitero ; è stata edificata nell' XI secolo su una preesistente struttura pagana e rifatta nel XIII ; è a 3 navate , divise da archi sostenuti da imponenti colonne ; nel 2015 , rifacendo la pavimentazione vicino all'ingresso principale , è stata posta una lastra trasparente , per poter visionare i vari strati di pavimento che si erano sovrapposti nel corso dei secoli ; molto belli gli affreschi databili tra il XIV e il XVII secolo , presenti sui muri e sui pilastri .
 The ancient Pieve di S. Giovanni Battista is located in Sale S. Giovanni (CN) and is the church of the cemetery; it was built in the 11th century on a pre-existing pagan structure and rebuilt in the 13th; it has 3 naves, divided by arches supported by imposing columns; in 2015, by redoing the flooring near the main entrance, a transparent slab was placed, in order to view the various layers of floor that had overlapped over the centuries; very beautiful are the frescoes datable between the fourteenth and seventeenth centuries, present on the walls and pillars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola chiesetta a Sale San Giovanni. L'abbiamo visitata quando abbiamo fatto una passeggiata per vedere i campi di lavanda. Purtroppo c'era tantissima gente quel giorno e non abbiamo potuto girare e guardare per bene i dettagli, però ci è piaciuta. Affreschi molto belli. Cosa molto interessante,una parte del pavimento coperta da una lastra di vetro per fare vedere le varie stratificazioni del pavimento negli anni.
Small church in Sale San Giovanni. We visited it when we took a walk to see the lavender fields. Unfortunately there were a lot of people that day and we couldn't go around and look at the details, but we liked it. Very beautiful frescoes. Very interesting, a part of the floor covered by a glass plate to show the various layers of the floor over the years.
