Sebastiano è stata edificata a metà del XIV secolo , forse per un voto fatto durante la pestilenza e si trova proprio all'ingresso del bel borgo di Sale San Giovanni ; nel corso dei secoli ha subito varie modifiche , ad esempio il pavimento è stato rialzato di 1,5 metri , utilizzando dei ponteggi , per portarlo al livello della strada ; entrando non si può che rimanere colpiti dal tema dominante degli affreschi : la morte ; questa cappella era aperta in quanto nel mese di agosto 2020 si svolgevano dei Corsi di Perfezionamento Musicale .
 The chapel of San Sebastiano was built in the mid-fourteenth century, perhaps for a vow made during the plague and is located right at the entrance to the beautiful village of Sale San Giovanni; over the centuries it has undergone various changes, for example the floor has been raised by 1.5 meters, using scaffolding, to bring it to street level; upon entering one cannot but be struck by the dominant theme of the frescoes: death; this chapel was open as in the month of August 2020 Music Improvement Courses were held.
