Ho preso della Pignolata, paste di mandorla, e cannoli (scomposti, visto che li ho portati a Siena).. Ho fatto davvero bellissima figura con i parenti. (I cannoli in foto ovviamente li ho preparati io a casa una volta arrivato. Sicuramente la composizione che da il pasticcere li al bar sarà diversa). In ogni caso tutto buonissimo. Prodotti di altissima qualità. Ho fatto 13 ore e 30 di viaggio con il pullman e tutto si è mantenuto perfettamente. Antonio mi ha seguito dall'ordine alla consegna e tutto è andato bene! Super soddisfatto! Lo consiglio!. Only thanks to my friend Antonio Foti who works there I know this beautiful place ... I took some Pignolata, almond pastries, and cannoli (broken down, since I brought them to Siena) .. I really made a good impression with the relatives. (The cannoli in the picture obviously I prepared them at home once I arrived. Surely the composition that the pastry chef gives them at the bar will be different). In any case, all very good. Highest quality products. I traveled 13 hours and 30 on the bus and everything was perfectly maintained. Antonio followed me from order to delivery and everything went well! Super satisfied! Le 3 stelle sono dovute ai (non)rispetto degli standard igienici che, a maggior ragione durante il COVID, dovrebbero essere rispettati. Cameriere senza mascherina, costretta a metterla il cliente durante l’ordinazione. Ma c’è di peggio, vi racconto. Ci sediamo nell’unico tavolo libero sporco con ancora le tazzine dei caffè e i mozziconi di sigarette. Attendiamo che la cameriera lo pulisca, ma invece di pulirlo prende l’ordinazione e ci assicura che lo farà a momenti. Dopo 5 minuti arrivano le granite, la cameriera le poggia sul tavolo ancora sporco. Serve un altro tavolo e, dopo altri 2 minuti, si scusa dicendo di averlo dimenticato e ci toglie le tazzine (no i mozziconi) senza pulire la base del tavolo. Stiamo scherzando o cosa? Un bar di questo calibro che offre prodotti di qualità non dovrebbe cadere su queste cose. E per finire, il cestello dove la cameriera ha messo le brioche erano sporche di marmellata ai lati. Personalmente reputo il bar Venuti un bar dove tradizione e qualità si coniugano, son cliente da molto tempo ma non posso rimanere inerte davanti a questi accaduti. Spero che potrò ricredermi. Pistachio granita, very good. Nothing to say, brioche maybe more could be done. But this is not the point. The 3 stars are due to the (non) compliance with hygiene standards which, even more so during COVID, should be respected. Waiter without a mask, forced to put it on by the customer when ordering. But it gets worse, I'll tell you. We sit in the only dirty free table with still coffee cups and cigarette butts. We wait for the waitress to clean it, but instead of cleaning it, she takes the order and assures us that she will do it in moments. After 5 minutes the slushes arrive, the waitress puts them on the still dirty table. We need another table and, after another 2 minutes, he apologizes saying he has forgotten it and takes away the cups (not the butts) without cleaning the base of the table. Are we kidding or what? A bar of this caliber that offers quality products shouldn't fall for these things. And finally, the basket where the waitress put the croissants was stained with jam on the sides. Personally I consider the Venuti bar a bar where tradition and quality are combined, I have been a customer for a long time but I cannot remain inert in front of these events. I hope I can change my mind.

The food was exsquist ??and I highly recommend trying the penne Bolognese and penne cello too. Caniole from bar vinuti is unbeatable.?? Definately will be coming back. 10/10????
