d	denise squillace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere una Domenica diversa dal solito e dalla nostra Calabria siamo arrivati in Sicilia. Che dire ? La sosta in questa pasticceria è stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare! Abbiamo richiesto 10 cannoli da asporto, inutile dire che la cura nei dettagli è stata FENOMENALE. Ricotta con relativo “ghiaccio” per evitare che si rovinasse , cialde e granella perfettamente imballate . La nostra famiglia ed i nostri amici hanno apprezzato il “pensiero”. 5 stelle ma se fosse possibile ne darei di più! Ci rivedremo presto ? We decided to spend a different Sunday than usual and from our Calabria we arrived in Sicily. What to say ? Stopping in this pastry shop was the best choice we could have made! We requested 10 takeaway cannoli, needless to say that the attention to detail was PHENOMENAL. Ricotta with relative "ice" to prevent it from ruining, perfectly packaged waffles and grains. Our family and friends enjoyed the "thought". 5 stars but if it were possible I would give more! We will meet again soon ?

Vengo attratta dall'insegna di questa antica pasticceria, entriamo e ordiniamo 2 granite di mandorla con brioche, veramente deliziose, da pasticcera posso affermarlo. Personale gentile, cordiale, accogliente. Artisti della frutta martorana, curata nei particolari quasi a renderla reale. La pignolata messinese meravigliosa. Spero di poter tornare a far visita. Bellissima esperienza ❤ Small stop in Messina and then visit other provinces of the wonderful Sicily. I am attracted by the sign of this ancient pastry shop, we go in and order 2 almond slushes with brioche, really delicious, as a pastry chef I can say it. Nice, friendly, welcoming staff. Martorana fruit artists, with attention to detail as if to make it real. The wonderful pignolata Messina. I hope to be able to visit again. Beautiful experience ❤

Nel consumarla, gli stessi hanno rinvenuto un cerotto. Dopo varie mail e telefonate in cui chiedevo spiegazioni, hanno messo in dubbio la mia versione dei fatti. Hanno comunque promesso un cesto di prodotti da inviare ai nostri amici per scusarsi dell'accaduto. Mai ricevuto nulla! Cari signori, esisterete dal 1910 ma avete ancora molto da imparare. UMILTÀ innanzitutto ed aver ben chiaro nella testa che il cliente è un patrimonio e va preservato, con cura ed attenzione. Meritavate una visita da parte delle ASL locali. In tempi di Covid pensare che un cerotto sia finito nei vostri prodotti, evidenzia una scarsa attenzione all'igiene ed alla pulizia. Complimenti! We placed an online order in December 2021. Among the products purchased there was a fussy one that we gave to friends. In consuming it, they found a patch. After several emails and phone calls asking for explanations, they questioned my version of events. However, they promised a basket of products to send to our friends to apologize for what happened. Never received anything! Dear sirs, you will be in existence since 1910 but you still have a lot to learn. HUMILITY first and foremost and having it clear in the head that the customer is a heritage and must be preserved, with care and attention. You were worth a visit from the local ASL. In times of Covid, thinking that a patch has ended up in your products, shows a lack of attention to hygiene and cleaning. Well done!

Cortesia e gentilezza al top, pasticceria e granite di altissima qualità, personalmente Consiglio quella al pistacchio con la panna. Ho apprezzato il fatto che avessero un tavolino fuori con i bicchieri e acqua fresca, per servire immediatamente il cliente,servizio per nulla scontato e molto apprezzabile. Mi complimento con tutto lo staff ed in particolar modo con i camerieri per il loro servizio impeccabile. TAPPA OBBLIGATORIA PER CHI VA A MESSINA. Ritorneremo con piacere. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We were looking for a place to spoil a good granita and cannoli, what can we say we definitely hit the mark! Top courtesy and kindness, high quality pastry and granite, personally I recommend the pistachio one with cream. I appreciated the fact that they had a table outside with glasses and fresh water, to serve the customer immediately, a service that was not at all obvious and very appreciable. I congratulate all the staff and especially the waiters for their impeccable service. COMPULSORY STAGE FOR THOSE WHO GO TO MESSINA. We will return with pleasure.
a	atan two on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the top places for typical Sicilian sweeties and folk pies. The "cannolo" inside made of ricotta was great, the outside pastry a little bit hard. Granita of coffee sufficiently good. I would have expected something more against the historical experience, but cannot score less than 4.
