Ha ricevuto un trattamento incredibile di cui è rimasta sorpresa e feicissima. Le è stato spiegato quello che non conosceva e le sono state date istruzioni per affrontare situazioni che non avrebbe saputo affrontare senza l'aiuto e la competenza della persona che l'ha accolta e assistita. Complimenti davvero!
Today my teenage daughter went to this haberdashery full of questions and problems to solve with her sewing machine. She received an incredible treatment which she was surprised and delighted with. She was explained what she did not know and she was given instructions to deal with situations that she would not have been able to face without the help and competence of the person who welcomed and assisted her.
