★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho mangiato benissimo. Posto piacevole per chi ama il rustico ma che ha rivelato personale attento e professionale. Merita assolutamente. Dopo il primo di tagliatelle scure ci siamo divisi un altro piatto di tagliatelle al ragù . I secondi ci hanno lasciato sorpresi tra la cotoletta con crema di parmigiano e funghi porcini e il capocollo con prugne e castagne...perfetti. la crostata con fichi e cioccolato un viaggio. Bravi bravi bravi.
I ate very well. Pleasant place for those who love the rustic but which revealed attentive and professional staff. Absolutely deserves. After the first of dark tagliatelle we shared another plate of tagliatelle with meat sauce. The second courses left us surprised between the cutlet with parmesan cream and porcini mushrooms and the capocollo with plums and chestnuts ... perfect. the tart with figs and chocolate a journey. Good good good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È strano trovare un gestore romano in un ristorante dell'Appennino Bolognese. Devo dire però che è simpatico , ma anche bravo e puntuale nel servire ai tavoli. Devo dire che i piatti sono davvero interessanti, digeribili, non viene usato lo strutto. C'è igiene e pulizia , non è facile arrivare all'Antica Locanda, ma se giungerete a Pianaccio e vi siederete ad un tavolo di questo ristorante troverete qualcosa che altrove ormai non c'è più. Provare per credere.
It is strange to find a Roman manager in a restaurant in the Bolognese Apennines. However, I must say that he is nice, but also good and punctual in serving at the tables. I must say that the dishes are really interesting, digestible, lard is not used. There is hygiene and cleanliness, it is not easy to get to the Antica Locanda, but if you arrive in Pianaccio and sit at a table in this restaurant you will find something that no longer exists elsewhere. Seeing is believing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a rare quality about it! Yes the rooms are relatively basic, this is by design though. The ethos of this place is a bed for the night good food an company and wow does it drliver. Marco is a star, friendly, humerous and eminently accomodating, his wife deserves michelin stars. I only soent two nights here, not enough and will be back. I would give more than five stars if I could.

The restaurant was incredible. We ate 4 course meals with chestnut beer and homemade bread.
From our rooms, we could hear the sound of the river and look out over the town from our balcony.
