Ottimo comunque!!! Excellent homemade pasta, tasty meat of good quality courtesy of the staff. Good house red wine but perhaps a little more expensive than usual. Great anyway !!!

Ho degustato dei tortellini in brodo eccezionali. Camera suggestiva con tutti i servizi e molto confortevole per riposare. Impeccable service with a lot of attention and courtesy from Ms Carmen and her staff. Excellent genuine cuisine. I tasted some exceptional tortellini in broth. Evocative room with all services and very comfortable to rest.

Bruno (the owner) is former Alpini and has guided 10th MTN units and veteran groups on their tours - he'll show you exactly where to go to hike Riva Ridge and Belvedere (and trust me, you won't find it otherwise!). The town is awesome - you'll disappear into a quiet an non-touristy village and see real Italian mountain country living first hand. Accommodations at Montegrande are fantastic (modern and clean) but with an old Italian rustic mountain feel. And the in-house restaurant is absolutely top-notch, first class dining (but they will look at you like you're crazy if you ask for a cold glass of milk to drink at breakfast!). I looked all over the area planning my trip. Just trust me on this one and save yourself some time - this is exactly the place where you want to stay! Can't wait to go back!

Anything thing you need, just let them know and if it's within their power they will do it. Situated across from a park, with small balconies in every room. The view from the back room balconies is of the beautiful mountains in the distance. A refreshing mountain spring fountain that effuses delicious drinking water is just down the street. Please be sure to stay at this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.
