Dopo qualche mt di posa, il piastrellista si è reso conto che qualcosa non andava... infatti queste piastrelle sono tagli di un formato più grosso. Lo dimostra sia il bordo scagliato nella parte retro piastrella da un lato , sia il retro piastrella stesso che unendo n.2 piastrelle 16,5×33 combacia la scritta gres fine porcellanato made in poland. Complimenti I placed an order for 110 square meters of Casale Antico model tiles, size 16.5 × 33. After a few meters of installation, the tiler realized that something was wrong ... in fact these tiles are cuts of a larger format. This is demonstrated by both the edge thrown on the back of the tile on one side, and the back of the tile itself, which by joining 2 tiles 16.5 × 33 matches the writing made in Poland fine porcelain stoneware. Well done

Chiamato fine settembre e non andavano in produzione prima di fine ottobre. Richiamato a ottobre ma hanno detto che non andavanoho produzione prima di metà dicembre. Perso tutta l'estate dietro a loro senza che mi chiamassero. Dovevo essere io a chiamare dopo le date che mi indicavano per l ipotetica consegna. Trasparenza zero. Serietà inesistente. Cantiere e operai fermi per aspettare loro nella piena loro indifferenza. Annullato ordine per un' altra azienda che mi ha consegnato nuove piastrelle quasi subito. Non critico il ritardo ma la superficialità per darmi indicazioni non reali nella fornitura. Azienda sconsigliata se non si vuole perdere tempo. Mezzo anno per non sapere se ancora sono in produzione chiamando solo io dopo la data di consegna ipotetica mi sembra un Po troppo. State attenti Ordered tiles in May but they didn't arrive. Called but said they didn't go into production before September. Called late September and did not go into production until late October. Called back in October but said they didn't go into production until mid-December. Lost all summer behind them without them calling me. I had to be the one to call after the dates indicated for the hypothetical delivery. Zero transparency. Non-existent seriousness. Construction site and workers stopped to wait for them in their full indifference. Order canceled for another company that delivered new tiles to me almost immediately. I do not criticize the delay but the superficiality to give me information that is not real in the supply. Company not recommended if you don't want to waste time. Half a year to not know if they are still in production by calling only me after the hypothetical delivery date seems to me a little too much. Be careful

Ho acquistato tutti i rivestimenti per la casa da questa azienda ,bagno cucina e pavimento , quest’ultimo mi è arrivato tutto difettato dalla prima all’ultima piastrella presentando danni di cottura.purtroppo abbiamo notato i difetti solo dopo la pulizia post posa . In tutto ciò questo non era il colore scelto da noi ma per problemi di produzione loro e visti i tempi brevi (che avevamo esplicitamente detto in fase di acquisto e ci avevano dato L ok) , lo hanno sostituito con questo (ovviamente siamo stati avvisati di ciò ). Il giorno della consegna ,sono stati puntuali ma ci mancavano i battiscopa e nonostante noi abbiamo pagato la consegna di tutto siamo andati noi a prenderli . Nemmeno se me le regalassero ritornerei!! I state that before writing this review I informed those who followed me during the purchase, I waited months for their reply but there was none. I purchased all the coverings for the home from this company, bathroom, kitchen and floor, the latter arrived all defective from the first to the last tile showing cooking damage. Unfortunately, we only noticed the defects after cleaning after installation. In all this this was not the color chosen by us but due to production problems and given the short times (which we had explicitly said during the purchase phase and they had given us L ok), they replaced it with this one (obviously we were warned of that is ). On the day of delivery, they were punctual but we were missing the baseboards and although we paid for the delivery of everything, we went to pick them up. Even if they gave them to me, I wouldn't go back !!

Si può trovare di meglio e a prezzi inferiori anche nei discount e nelle grandi distribuzioni. I thought I made an excellent choice. Instead. Material not compliant with what was purchased. You can also find better and lower prices in discount stores and large retailers.
