★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ,terza volta che porto il cane qui, all'inizio sembrava veramente professionale,poi purtroppo il servizio è andato scadendo mentre i prezzi sono lievitati (dai 27 ai 38€ nel giro di un anno)mi dispiace moltissimo anche perché avevo consigliato a tutti gli amici e perché l'ozono terapia è veramente funzionale., ma a queste condizioni non vale la pena.peccato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: personale sgarbato, il cane è stato rasato “a chiazze”, sono state impegnate 2 ore per toilettare un cane di piccola taglia e nonostante il costo (elevato) non gli sono state tagliate neanche le unghie!!! È stata la prima e ultima esperienza qui, non tornerò sicuramente.
Bad experience: rude staff, the dog was shaved "in patches", it took 2 hours to groom a small dog and despite the (high) cost, not even his nails were cut !!! It was my first and last experience here, I will definitely not return.
