A	Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta in cui ho provato un lavaggio self service. Con circa 15€ ho lavato un Golden di circa 25kg (compresa asciugatura). È molto economico considerando che in un lavaggio con professionista spendevo dai 50 ai 70€. Unico problema riscontrato è che ho consumato un paio di euro per regolare l acqua in quanto per qualche motivo usciva veramente gelata, ma poi si è sistemata. Inoltre vorrei smentire ciò che ho letto sul soffiatore, va saputo usare , l aria è fredda e mettendo il beccuccio a contatto con la cute (per come si dovrebbe fare) rimuove l acqua e asciuga. Il problema è che mi ha mangiato I soldi e non avevo altro per ricaricare (di solito 10 euro bastano e avanzano) lasciando il cane bagnato. Ma la cosa che mi ha deluso è stato che nonostante abbia chiamato per far presente la cosa non ho ricevuto assistenza, nemmeno una proposta di rimborso o una scusa. Secondo loro non era vero, dato che mi hanno detto che non era mai successo. Peccato hanno perso un cliente che andava lì da tempo. Mai successo niente, ho sempre lavato il cane allo stesso modo ma secondo loro non era possibile che si fosse spenta da sola senza motivo. Bisogna anche saperseli tenere i clienti! A volte le piccole attenzioni fanno la differenza.. Very convenient self-service washing .. Fair prices .. I would suggest to fix the fountain for dogs to drink ..
