Siamo arrivati e siamo stati informati che per provare abiti da cerimonia bisognava prenotare, ci è stato dato comunque il permesso di poter dare un'occhiata. Ad un certo punto un commesso ci ha detto di non toccare gli abiti, comprensibile anche se con simpatia gli ho risposto che un abito da cerimonia costa parecchio per tanto capisco ma avrei chiesto comprensione; tanto che comunque avrei dovuto provarli. Le cose sono precipitate e abbiamo deciso di andar via. Sarà il sabato sera, sarà la stanchezza delle 19.00, ma insomma a me sta l'educazione ma a voi la cortesia. Davvero un peccato....magari chiamare avrebbe preparato il personale alla cordialità e all'educazione, d'altronde acquistiamo. Such a pity! We arrived and were informed that to try on formal dresses we had to book, however we were given permission to have a look. At one point a salesman told us not to touch the clothes, understandable even if with sympathy I replied that a formal dress costs a lot so I understand but I would have asked for understanding; so much so that I should have tried them anyway. Things fell apart and we decided to leave. It will be Saturday evening, it will be the fatigue of 19.00, but in short, the education is up to me but the courtesy is up to you. Really a shame .... maybe calling would have prepared the staff for friendliness and education, on the other hand we buy.
