Persona onesta, paziente e diretta! È stata proprio un’ esperienza positiva. Grazie ancora Fabio! Continua a dirmi che il negozio prescelto non ha slot disponibili e non si può prenotare a lungo termine. Quindi ogni giorno, con pazienza, rifaccio la richiesta. Inoltre tutte le volte devo fornire gli stessi dati (causale della richiesta, serial number., .. etc.. etc.). Questo metodo va aggiornato. A parte questo, passato il periodo di crisi per indisposizione del personale addetto, l'assistenza è stata ottima. Grazie Absolutely pitiful and unexpected service request reservation system. F	Fabrizio Gorini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato al negozio per chiedere assistenza al mio iPhone 11 Pro ancora in garanzia un sabato pomeriggio per dei problemi allo speaker inferiore che risulta grattare. Il commesso dopo tutte le verifiche del caso mi ha detto che effettivamente il telefono risultava grattare parecchio, dicendomi che avrei dovuto prenotare un appuntamento per l’assistenza in garanzia, così dopo circa una settimana a tenere sotto controllo le loro disponibilità che si liberano a quanto pare di settimana in settimana (non è possibile prenotare a lungo termine) ho finalmente trovato uno slot libero alle 10 del mattino. Preso permesso di lavoro mi reco in sede da loro, rifate tutte le verifiche del caso mi viene detto che il problema il problema non è così evidente da passare in garanzia e che avrei dovuto pagare 60€ per la sostituzione (ripeto telefono ancora in garanzia). Senza parole sconsiglio questo posto vivamente. Without words I do not recommend this place highly.
