Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene e ad ogni portata ci hanno abbinato un vino della loro cantina! Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto come Re e alla fine del pasto abbiamo chiesto di poter acquistare qualche bottiglia che ci è stata spiegata nei dettagli! Direi che non potevano chiedere di più dal ns tour del Molise!!! We arrived without a reservation and within a few seconds they had already found a table for us !!! We ate really well and each course was paired with a wine from their cellar! We ate and drank like a king and at the end of the meal we asked to be able to buy a few bottles which were explained to us in detail! I would say they couldn't ask for more from our Molise tour !!!

Tutti i vini che abbiamo assaggiato raccontano un modo di essere e sono pieni della passione di una famiglia per la propria terra. Il signor Angelo regala agli ospiti il racconto di un percorso storico ed enologico stupefacente per dettagli e respiro. La degustazione dei vini associata a portate della tradizione rendono la cena un'esperienza immancabile. Ottimo tutto lo staff per disponibilità e gentilezza. La signora Enrica suggella la serata con preziosi consigli e un regalo speciale. Tre i colpi di scena: l'extra-dry (non vi dico il vitigno perché non verrei creduto!), la tintilla e un meraviglioso Montepulciano. In ultimo, un bellissimo panorama. The visit to the Angelo D'Uva cellars is an immersion in the history of the family and of the company. All the wines we tasted tell of a way of being and are full of a family's passion for their land. Mr. Angelo gives guests the story of a historical and oenological journey astonishing in detail and breath. The wine tasting associated with traditional courses make dinner an unmissable experience. Excellent all the staff for availability and kindness. Ms. Enrica seals the evening with valuable advice and a special gift. Three twists: the extra-dry (I won't tell you the vine because I wouldn't be believed!), The tintilla and a wonderful Montepulciano. Finally, a beautiful panorama.

I proprietari ci hanno accompagnato nelle cantine, raccontandoci non solo i vari passaggi della produzione del vino ma anche la commovente storia di famiglia. Poi abbiamo potuto assaporare dei piatti eccezionali della tradizione contadina molisana. Da provare la "Pampanella" e "pizza e minestra". Vino eccellente, che si può ordinare e viene recapitato in tutta Italia (mi è arrivato oggi). Non vedo l'ora di tornare! Un abbraccio da Genova :) It was a real pleasure to spend Easter in this farmhouse that has a soul. The owners accompanied us to the cellars, telling us not only the various stages of wine production but also the moving family story. Then we were able to taste the exceptional dishes of the Molise peasant tradition. Try the "Pampanella" and "pizza and soup". Excellent wine, which can be ordered and delivered all over Italy (arrived today). I can not wait to come back! A hug from Genoa :)

Although she spoke Italian and we did not, you could feel her love for her grapes, the process and then the wine. The pairing of the wines and food were exquisite. I highly recommend the tour and the wines. We bought several cases and enjoyed them for a few days while we traveled through Italy. Well done!

We emailed ahead of time to ask for lunch and an English speaking tour (though you can also order off of a menu if you decide to drop in). They went above and beyond with a delicious spread of food and wine (not all pictured....was too busy eating!) and a delightful tour of the beautiful vineyard and production facilities. I will absolutely return.
